This Chipotle location is great! I could legitimately get two meals out of each bowl with how much they give you, but the food is so good that I end up eating it all anyway. The Chipotle rewards program also makes it really easy to get free stuff along the way.

I always order ahead and select the window pick up option. The food is never prepared by my pick-up time and often the staff weren't even aware that my order had come in 30 minutes prior. They also don't utilize the pick-up window. So when the food is ready, I still have to wait until there's a gap in the line customers to receive my order.

Whatsa matter folks? Order inside and it will be right. Been here twice and the food is good, service polite, just wipe the tables more often. A bowl is less than $10.

as a flight attendant i've been to many chipotle but this was the best one i've ever been to. the staff was very nice and the food quality is out of this world. i got the veggie bowl and it's the best one yet!

Very rude and unwelcoming staff. Not just to guests but to each other. First, over charged me for steak on my burrito. When I asked for a more consistent serving size, they demanded that i pay for double meat. Other guests in line agreed with me on the employees inconsistent portions, as well as poor overall attitude. Same employee was rude to their coworker and began slamming stuff around the service area after refilling a service item for their coworker.

This chipotle gives out the smallest portions in the city. They pretty much drizzle on your toppings. What sucks about this place the most is the fact that is in the medical district, skimping all the heath care workers. Avoid this chipotle at all costs!

“Walk up” window is never staffed. Went there on my bike after ordering online and when I walked up to the window a woman appeared to mouth “no” shake her head and point to the other side of the store. Brought my bike into the restaurant to pick up the food and thankfully nobody said anything about the bike, but overall pretty unpleasant experience. Why have a walk up window listed on the app if you don’t staff it? Maybe put a sign up on the window directing people at least to avoid such an unpleasant interaction.

I ordered a bowl of steak and it was terrible. The pieces of meat had no meat in them! There were at least 10 extremely fibrous pieces, like skin and hard fibers.
