I stopped by this location while in the area for work at Northwestern University, and it was a decent lunch experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, which made the visit quick and convenient. Service was decent—friendly enough and efficient. My meal was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I ordered it.
Overall, a reliable spot for a fast, satisfying lunch in the downtown area.

Hi I went here today and the prices keep going up but the quality is terrible my rice was rock hard and impossible to chew, there were chunks of uncut onion in my food, and customers service was rude and unfriendly as a nurse coming from the hospital for my lunch I am very disappointed in the way I was treated.

I was a bit nervous to visit after seeing all the bad reviews(especially about freshness and hygiene things), but it turned out great! the portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff were super friendly. maybe things were different before, but it really feels like a lot has improved since then.

I asked the team to clean off the counter. Food was everywhere. They said they would and I watched for 5 mins and they never did. Was not busy at all. The food counter was nasty. The chips were stale. I asked the server to change gloves, he did.

We have never eaten at a Chipotles before and your staff on 7/8/2025 were not helpful and mumbled. I asked if the food was spicy and told no. It was to spicy for kids meals. Very disappointed in our meal.

Skimpy with the toppings, asked for a little more lettuce and the guy literally only gave a pinch 😒😒😒 spent 15 frickin dollars and the chicken was bland. Last time eating chipotle, they do this at every location I've been to

What a weird way to run a business. Employees were told they could not move from the line not even to help a customer that they forgot food from their order. I came asking for help and they said they can’t move. The manager must be really scary cause none of the 4 employees would move in fear of being fired. Not a good experience at all. AVOID.
We typically enjoy Chipotle because they are consistent in providing. a good meal. This location, however, was disappointing. The rice was cooked and a lot of Cilantro added but there was no flavor. I think they forgot to add the lime juice and spices. They had a tiny amount of guacamole left to add to one of our bowls, but charged us full price. They did not offer to make more for the rest of us that wanted some. Servers and cashiers seemed completely uninterested in providing anything to the customer. I will walk to another location next time.

Manager was super stingy with the portions. She gave me barely an ounce each and then charged me for a side when I asked for more. Never been charged like that and I eat chipotle like twice a week at other locations. The other staff was friendly and accommodating though.
Edit to add: a quarter of my guac was unmashed. All of it was flavorless tho. No line or salt to be found. Thankfully the chips are well salted to they saved it.

Rude staff, the look at you as if you are bothering them . You order for pick up at pick up window but it’s not there. It’s by the cashier. Food is ALWAYS Cold . Just go to BURRITO BEACH or Tallboy that’s around the corner.
