I stopped by this location while in the area for work at Northwestern University, and it was a decent lunch experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, which made the visit quick and convenient. Service was decent—friendly enough and efficient. My meal was fresh, hot, and prepared just the way I ordered it.

Overall, a reliable spot for a fast, satisfying lunch in the downtown area.

I was a bit nervous to visit after seeing all the bad reviews(especially about freshness and hygiene things), but it turned out great! the portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and the staff were super friendly. maybe things were different before, but it really feels like a lot has improved since then.

whoever prepared the food today around 5:15 did their thing! i haven’t had chipotle this good in a while. every one of the foods i ate were well seasoned and hot! got the sofritas, fajita veggies, pinto beans and pico. chips couldve been saltier but 5/5
