I stop into this Chipotle from time to time, and the experience can be hit or miss. When I arrived today, the counter was empty, and it took a few minutes for the staff to turn around from their conversation before realizing I was standing there. Portions also vary depending on who’s working. Yesterday, my burrito bowl was very small, even after ordering double meat, but today the portions were exactly where they should be.

It’s a small location and the overall vibe isn’t what you expect from most Chipotle restaurants. Usually the brand is known for upbeat, energetic staff who keep things moving, but here you sometimes have to check for a pulse. That said, everyone has always been friendly once they engage, and it’s still a reliable spot for a quick meal. Just not the strongest representation of the Chipotle brand.

We usually love Chipotle, but this location has been really disappointing. The food wasn’t fresh, the restaurant wasn’t very clean, and we even saw the manager yelling at staff over something minor. We’ll definitely keep eating at Chipotle, but we won’t be coming back to this location until there’s a serious improvement.

Needless to say, I was having a great birthday meal until I got home and realized I was missing an item very valuable to me. Tried calling the store TEN TIMES, no answer. This is two hours before they close. Had to call corporate.

Very poorly run store. Don’t go here. Last time I visited the store, all the tables were dirty and trash cans overflowing. Tonight I ordered delivery via Uber Eats from here. Both our burrito bowls were tiny! Very thin layer of rice on bottom, very few ingredients. What a joke.

This location completely turned me off from Chipotle. They're stingy with everything—even the rice, not just the protein. Mobile orders are always late. Easily the worst Chipotle I've been to. For the record, I did leave feedback on Chipotle web page but no changes.

As a first-time customer at Chipotle, I was genuinely looking forward to trying the food. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of terrible — and I will never return to this location again.

From the moment I walked in, the service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. A staff member named Engiliqua displayed a disgusting attitude, showing no courtesy or willingness to help. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the manager, who was equally dismissive and unbothered by the concerns being raised.

Adding to the already frustrating experience, the restaurant was in poor hygienic condition — I noticed small bugs flying around the food prep area, which is absolutely unacceptable in any dining environment.

Between the lack of basic customer service, poor management, and unsanitary conditions, this visit was a complete disappointment. Chipotle, this is not how you treat customers — especially first-timers who had hoped to become regulars.

1 star is generous. I won’t be back.

When I first walked in there they yelled at me to put a shirt on. I was in swim suit with shorts on, my hands where full so I said “yes ofc, but can I first pay because it was very deep in my bag”. The lady finished my order but another worker came out and started screaming at me. I would just like to remind you I am a kid and this is a grown adult. Then my friend asked for the bathroom code and he could not hear her and asked for it again. The worker proceeded to scream at him. And we found a hair in are food….Would not recommend going again…

Ugh I order from here all the time and got the location wrong one time but there’s nothing they can do? I spend hundred of dollars here monthly and feel super disappointed they can’t help me out one time. :( I am literally here every day. now I’m starving and It would have meant a lot if just this once they were like hey Shannon we literally know your order and name bc you’re here every day let us cover you this one time and get it for you so you aren’t starving the rest of your work day! They literally don’t care. Will go out of my way to avoid chipotle from now on this is horrible

I came to this location over an hour before it was supposed to close and the team members told me they weren’t serving any more customers. They didn’t give me any reason and they were rude about it. Probably the worst food industry experience I have ever had.
