Been here many times, the meat portion is usually decent but you will feel scammed if you order guac. Edit: They used to undercook the rice sometimes but things have gotten much better here, especially the service and portions compared to other Chipotles.

The food is never an issue, but thereās one employee at this location that has served me over six times in the past year and has had the most disgusting attitude towards all the customers that Iāve seen. I had come in today to get a bowl and she was giving me serious sass when it came to what i was putting on my bowl. didnāt even let me finish my order and put the top on the bowl and proceeded to walk away when I wasnāt done ordering. and it has been like this every single time she has served me at this location. highly dissatisfied with the service.

This is my favorite chipotle in the city. They always give good portions. The cashier is such a friendly guy. Place is always clean and food is always fresh. Only issues I've had here was with delivery sometimes. But so far, issues seem resolved. Their mild sala (Pico de gallo) is the best.

I always come back to this location and get a burrito bowl w/ rice, pinto beans, double corn, fajitas, pico, both salsas, sour cream, lettuce, & small side of queso, sometimes a side tortilla. They always make me big bowls when I ask for double scoops but also do good on portions when I need half or less for when I need a smaller/āhealthierā bowl. Friendly staff and seating is usually clean. This is one of the busier locations Iāve been to so during peak hours it may be harder to find a more preferred seat if dining in.

I really wish google would provide a negative star review because I really dislike that I even have to leave any stars at all. Let me start off by saying that when you walk into this location it smells of cat piss, there used to be a carpet in between doors and yes they took it out but the fact that the smell is still there tells me they never clean out there. Then there is only one person working the front during dinner and everyone is just standing around watching. The person who is taking care of the customers clearly has an attitude. The fact that I go in there and spend $50 dollars and still canāt get what I ask for is very frustrating. I asked for a side of hot salsa on the side because when I ask for it on my bowl itās always too much. The girl clearly heard me when I said can I please get a side of hot and tells me yes and still proceeds to not give it to. The distribution on my bowl is weird like why did I ask for corn and the girl proceeds to put it in one corner is that something new that Chipotle is doing because isnāt supposed be to be distributed evenly though the entire bowl. I donāt understand coming from someone who actually worked at Chipotle. Yes I worked at Chipotle so I know whatās expected when working there. I walked away sure that she was going to put it in the bag while I go to pay for the food and yet I get home and there isnāt any salsa in my bad. How upsetting. Then I had a free drink as a part of my rewards almost walked away before I noticed the gentleman at the register didnāt give me a cup. What is with these people? Can we not hear? Or is just common sense not common anymore? How frustrating!!!! š”š¤š”

My roommate comes here several times a week so it must be doing something right. I've been in a couple times and it seems like a normal Chipotle to me, idk where all the 1-stars are coming from. If you're in the area and want Chipotle, this is defintely one of them.
