I told them it's never been an extra charge before and they just said "well it is here"Also the girl that just goes "what's next what's next what's next" before I can even finish what I'm saying.... girl if you don't like your job leave...

Finally got a chance to stop by this location and I can say the food as well as the portions were exceptional.The staff moves quickly but just need to allow the customer a chance to decide which options to choose what they want on their food.

The staff here is very rude, rushing to make orders and making mistakes. The food area is gross because they don’t clean it. The tables to eat at were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The portions are not good, they don’t give you full portion sizes. When asked who the manager was they said the person was working serving food, how could a manager let their staff be this unkind, untidy and have terrible customer service. Do not go here, go to any other chipotle but this one.

This may be the worst chipotle we’ve ever ordered from. I should have looked at the other reviews but assumed that a newer location might be better. There were several items missing from our order and the food that we did receive was inedible. The bowls were ice cold and the rice felt raw. Avoid!

For a new location I definitely had higher expectations.Echoing similar reviews The staff were extremely rude and multiple items were missing from my carry out order. The experience reminded me why i had been avoiding Chicago chipotle locations

The server behaved as though she he was pissed that she had to prepare my bowl. The quantity put in the bowl was so skimpy and when I asked for a little extra it was done with attitude. I didn't even get to finish telling her what else I needed in the bowl before she pushed it to the next person and that person completed my bowl for me. A $9.60 bowl ended up costing $16 for normal quantity at the other stores. The food tasted as though it was all prepared without love. It did not taste like the normal bowl. I will never frequent this location again! I should have took it as a cue to leave when the guy before me had to ask three times for her to put more meat in their bowl. I should have read the reviews first.
