The manager Esbaydi was extremely rude and said extremely disrespectful things to my mother and was not professional. She should not be a worker here I feel sorry for anyone who works with her

Absolutely disgusting service! Rema was the most unprofessional staff member I’ve come across. We were still in the restaurant at 10pm and were informed that they were closed, even though we were not finished with our food we proceeded to leave, we were told rudely by Rema we need to leave straight away and were taking too long (it was 10.03pm) I requested that she spoke respectfully to customers and she replied saying we didn’t need to come back!!! I was horrified to have experienced such poor customer service and attitude. We had a senior citizen with us who was unable to walk quickly! we felt humiliated and insulted.

Honestly, all the times I’ve been here everyone’s nice and they give me the portions I want because I asked nicely. Overall great chipotle no idea who the manager so everyone there when I go they give good customer service. Only reason I’m not doing five stars is because their Diet Coke taste like Dr Pepper lol but aside from that pretty good. Their new sauce is fire tho

Stingy portion sizes and forgot my guac I paid $2 for. I make minimum wage and am trading an entire hour of my time for this burrito bowl the least you can do is give me what im paying for.
Absolutely the nastiest Chipotle I’ve ever been to — and it hasn’t even been open that long. The workers were just sitting around chatting instead of doing anything useful like cleaning the filthy windows, checking the bathroom, or walking around the restaurant to keep it presentable.
While I was eating and could clearly see the food prep line, the girl serving rice and meat kept dropping pieces — and instead of throwing them away like any clean restaurant would, she just picked them up off the counter and put them back into the hot dish where the rest of the food was being kept. Disgusting and unsanitary.
This place needs a serious wake-up call before it goes downhill even more.
