I had a Specific pick up time, I got there early about 10 minutes before my time. The food was already sitting there prepared. Not good I wanted freshly prepared food.

This Chipotle was already going downhill in terms of service and quality for the past year or so, but the staff they've got behind the counter now is the most rude and disrespectful I've encountered in a very long time. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your online orders to be made wrong (or missing entirely) and then to be treated as a major inconvenience when you ask for it to be fixed. Tried to give them multiple chances as the location is very convenient, but it just keeps getting worse. Will not be going back.

It’s a very nice chipotle, the design layout is perfect. The staff is always friendly, and it’s always clean. Would definitely recommend this chipotle!
Don’t go on Saturdays around noon I got three smallest burrito ever even though I asked for double chicken and everything. The girl making the bowls was clueless and constantly forgot things. Literally paid for two portions of food and they gave me less than one

This is a very good Chipotle location. I always order online for pickup and they’re never late even though they’re unbelievably busy all the time. The people are friendly here as well. Lastly, it’s always clean when I go so this is one of the better Chipotle’s around.
