A young girl with blue hair was working at the front counter at chipotle giving out mean looks it became evident that this individual lacked any understanding of the responsibilities associated with working in a restaurant or the fundamental principles of customer service. Their behavior was highly disrespectful and devoid of any semblance of politeness from the outset.. will never go to any chipotle ever again this was my first time and I was easily disappointed. To top it off she was the manager and when I asked for her Gm she said i don’t know where he at! So disappointed!

Aroma of cleaner in the air makes my appetite go away. Also, the food has become dry and old. And tastes slightly like cleaner.

Once the delivery was so slow. The order took one hour and the meat was warm and slightly off by the time it got to me. The next morning I was violently ill with food poisoning. I believe the meat sat and baked in a car for an hour plus.

First off, I want to discuss the manager Julian all he does is goof off with his fellow coworkers, this staff blows. I went to this chipotle to have a good time with my boyfriends and the soda machine was out and was spraying everywhere squirting all over me like all over. Maybe Julian should do his job instead of roaming around

This Chipotle doesn't hold up to the standards of other locations in the city. Your bowl will be half empty when you receive it, as they are cheap with every ingredient. Your double portion will be the same size as a single portion at any other Chipotle while still costing you double.

I watched them scoop the chicken into the bowl out the tin, made me pay double for a normal portion…but the chicken was ice cold when I got it home? Sigh. Also garbage-esque smell at the entrance and by the windows, though the establishment appeared pretty clean.

If I could give this particular location negative stars I would. The customer service is not good at all. When you order ahead of time you still have to wait for your order even when the app says it’s ready. And the app doesn’t help with any resolve. What’s the point. Waiting over 30 minutes for my order I made 30 minutes ahead of my break time. I spent my entire lunch waiting for it. Never again. Don’t order here.

Update: changing to 1 star. They gave me the wrong order and refuse to give me a refund. Contacting BBB and filing a dispute with my bank.

I enjoy Chipotle but the one on 87th and State never have all the foods. They are always out of something so why are the lines out the door.

I had a Specific pick up time, I got there early about 10 minutes before my time. The food was already sitting there prepared. Not good I wanted freshly prepared food.

This Chipotle was already going downhill in terms of service and quality for the past year or so, but the staff they've got behind the counter now is the most rude and disrespectful I've encountered in a very long time. I do not recommend coming here unless you want your online orders to be made wrong (or missing entirely) and then to be treated as a major inconvenience when you ask for it to be fixed. Tried to give them multiple chances as the location is very convenient, but it just keeps getting worse. Will not be going back.
