There are better Chipotle options nearby. All around bad service. I went today and was given the smallest, cold burrito.There was 1 person on the line, and she put my tortilla/rice/meat together and let it sit on the counter while she helped 3 other customers, then came back for my salsa after it was cold. Asked for 1/2 scoop salsa and got full. The burrito itself was like half size.Update: I had already tried the Contact Us link below. I was connected with a live agent who never responded after asking what the problem was.

It's Chipotle, you know what to expect. Don't come here during the workweek during lunch time, you'll be waiting in line for a long long time. Recommend ordering ahead of time, and give yourself some extra time from the pickup time.

Don't order online. They have 1 person doing all the online orders and you'll watch people come in and order their food and leave before you ever get yours. Ordered ahead 45 minutes and still waited 20+ minutes after arriving to get lunch. Then my order was messed up.

They never get the order right. My order was TWICE stolen and was told - sorry but not sorry you should have been here when it was ready - the second time I was actually there, it was ONE HOUR LATE - had to leave for a meeting and came back again (it wasn’t there, of course)

The food is fine; it's a Chipotle. The staff is friendly, although they seem to be either slow or understaffed. I'll give the staff the benefit of the doubt and blame the latter. DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS HERE. They are always at least 10 minutes late on getting food out. Yesterday, my online order was not ready 30 MINUTES after the scheduled time. When you're operating a business in the Loop during the work week, where customers have set schedules, 30 minutes behind schedule is inexcusable.
