Always super inconsistent here. Staff is ill trained. You never get the same product day to day. Seems like is always a new staff here and always seem to skimp out on portion sizes. It’s rice. You CAN DEF GO EXTRA without it breaking the bank.

Every time I come here I get the worst service. Someone’s gotta fix the vibe because the people on the line absolutely hate everyone who dares to come here.Last time a man literally swore at me while pacing behind the counter. He had to be calmed down by his manager.

Not knowing I was already there to pickup the order, staff member called me “cheap” for not ordering extra meat. Be careful ordering here. They’ll call u “ fat” next. Staff are rude and the place is a mess.

I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice. The rice was not soft as if it was not fully cooked or cooked long enough. I was disappointed but lesson learned. I will definitely not get rice with a burrito again.

The front worker was very rude, barely served any rice, barely any protein. She gave me attitude when i asked for a bit more, basically threw my bowl to the next employee. The chips were incredibly stale, the chicken was slightly undercooked. There was half of an avocado pit in the guacamole served. Honestly i love chipotle but this is the worst experience I’ve had.

I paid almost $4 for guac and added sour cream and queso. They gave me NO queso, hardly any sour cream, and not even a spoonful of guac. This location is a joke.

Ordered online and I consistently get the wrong order. I was not even issued a refund on uber eats even after providing photo documentation of what i got. im so disgusted with the way workers never listen to the add ons and notes for orders. I payed for carne asada wbich is almost $4 extra and I paid $3 for an extra portion of chicken...what I recieved was a burrito that costed over $20 just for it to contain about 7 pieces of chicken in it....I payed for a quesadilla with Chipotle honey vinegrette and 2 other sides. Never Received the vinegrette( which is literally the only reason I was ordering Chipotle)!!! And only 1 side.Highly unacceptable. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE VINEGRETTE DONT PUT IT AS A SIDE OPTION! READ NOTES!
