I recently ordered a chicken burrito bowl from this outlet, and I must say, the food quality was disappointing. The rice was undercooked, leaving me to eat raw grains, and the chicken lacked freshness. The beans were also unappetizing. Overall, my experience was so poor that I would rate it zero stars. I came here with high hopes despite the reviews, but I should have heeded those warnings and avoided this place. It was a significant letdown.

Mid to the MID-est. Huge garbage divider right at the door to make ppl walk in extra far to order their slop. $20 for a bowl, chips, and a mid drank w NO ice, shoulda just saved those $3. But whatever, my kid wanted it. Next time, get real Mexican foods, Junior.
Parking: Slide into the “loading zone” in front and flip on those flashers, bby

Incomplete order received - I recently ordered a pickup through the Chipotle app and added a guacamole rewards that I had. They didnt pack my guac and everything else also didn’t taste like the usual. The rice seemed way too salty and so did everything else even though my salsa was on the side. I’m not sure what happened to this location and why staff doesn’t pay attention to orders

Stingy with the hot toppings, excessive on the cold toppings (which are seasoning, so should be other way around), ordered a burrito and they could barely close it the way they stuffed it with cold toppings (only ordered pico, cheese, and corn btw), not in a good way, by the end not 5 minutes later it was soggy, cold, badly wrapped so really leaking, and only the cold toppings were left on the last bites, worst chipotle I've ever ordered at.

Terrible experience. I did not add sour cream to my order, however, they dumped a whole 18 cups worth on my bowl making my meal completely inedible. I had to get a refund through door dash and order from another restaurant.

I'm a regular to this store. However, today October 03 appx around 4:43. I was sitting eating next to a notebook employees use while there was another customer eating at the table next to me. A woman Chipotle employee came out of a door, saw me came to my table grabbed the notebook away and slammed it on the table next to me where the customer was eating, uncalled, unreasonable, very rude. This woman needs to check herself with a professional, something Is wrong. There should be footage available of this for management reviewal if needed.
