The person that made my burrito was extremely rude. He barely looked at me and just kept saying āanything elseā. Not a welcoming atmosphere and he also didnāt listen to what I was telling him. I said a little cheeseā¦ and I had to reopen my burrito to take the mound of cheese off. After doing that, the food actually tasted good, but the vibes were terrible.

I come to this location about once a week, but lately Iāve noticed a big drop in the portions, especially the protein. A couple weeks ago I asked for chicken in my bowl. After the server gave me the first scoop, he got distracted. When I asked for double chicken once he came back, he immediately complained that what I already had looked like a double servingā¦ which it clearly wasnāt. Today was even worse. The server was shaking the spoon for everything, even the beans, so the portions were tiny.
Not sure if this is how theyāre being trained now, but compared to other Chipotle locations, the servings here are noticeably smaller. As a regular, Iād honestly rather walk a few extra blocks to a different Chipotle than keep coming here.

I ask for chicken I get steak. I ask for certain toppings and get everything but what I asked for! Learn how to read! My food is ice cold like it came straight from the freezer! Do better! I forgot to mention the tacos I got was rolled up on top of each other like a big burrito in foil! Not a bowl not even a tray! In a piece of foil!

I have ordered twice now from this location via the app for delivery. Despite it being cold, I canāt complain too much because it was delivery and not necessarily their fault. However, not only did they completely butcher the two bowls, they just duplicated my order which they messed up instead of make the bowl that my fiancĆ©e ordered. She hates sour cream and lettuce on her bowl and hers came with a swamp of sour cream and covered in lettuce. Extremely disappointing. Do not eat here. Youāve been warned.
