Chi‑Town Chicken in Austin served me lunch at 1pm and I dropped about $16 on the Chicken Over Rice plus a 6‑wing & fry combo—plus a strawberry shake. Chicken was juicy, rice seasoned right, wings crisp and not greasy. Crew was real friendly and quick. Portion sizes mad generous. This spot’s a gem on the West Side. Five stars, no cap—I’ll be back!

I felt like I plucked the chicken more than I ate it. Chicago, why are yall hyping up dirty chicken, old unseasoned fries and cold burgers where even the cheese is not melted. Yall had me excited for “the best chicken in Chicago”… Huge disappointment. (Trump voice) HuGE.

Stopped by Chitown Chicken on the West Side and grabbed the 6 wings with fries and a chicken Philly. The wings were decent—crispy and flavorful—but the fries were soggy and lacked seasoning. The chicken Philly had potential but was a bit dry and could've used more cheese. Service was friendly, but the wait was longer than expected. Not terrible, but with so many options in Chicago, I was hoping for better.

This place needs to be shut down, dirty environment, the guy don’t use gloves at all when putting your meal together just touches everything no gloves then gives me a fountain drink with stuff floating around in my cup just not worth it at all keep your money

Tried this place for the 1st time, was looking for food around the way , because I didn't want to do a lot of driving. But anyway, I order the Philly cheese w/ fries and onion rings . The Philly was loaded with grease and not freshly cooked, fries were fair , and lastly the onion rings , the onion rings had a strange brownish/gray color and were mushy inside and out , as if they were not stored at the proper temperature or have been sitting in the deep freezer for years !!!!! I rarely do reviews, unless the food is really great or the food is terrible, and this food is far from great ??never again
