Chocolates are not too bad and I have been coming to them for years even at the old location. The service has gotten much much worse. The person behind the counter was so rude and cared less about helping a customer when the store was empty. Also acted as if she was doing customer a favor by selling chocolates. Sorry it was an inconvenience a simple existence of a customer in a store trying to buy something. That was the last time I go there after that.

Excellent chocolate and drinks, very high quality. The owner wasn’t particularly warm, but overall a good experience.

Walking into Chocolate Uzma feels like stepping into a dream crafted entirely from cocoa and comfort. Every corner of the menu is a masterpiece, but let’s start with the showstoppers: the chocolate chip cookies. Warm, gooey, and generously studded with rich chocolate chunks, they strike that perfect balance between crisp edges and soft centers. One bite and you’re hooked.

The dark chocolate selections are nothing short of divine—intensely flavorful, velvety smooth, and clearly crafted with care. Whether you’re savoring a bar or indulging in a truffle, it’s a deep, luxurious experience that lingers beautifully.

Coffee lovers, rejoice. The variety here is impressive, from bold espresso shots to creamy lattes, each brewed to perfection. And for tea enthusiasts, the options are equally thoughtful—aromatic blends that soothe, energize, or simply delight depending on your mood.

Now let’s talk about the brownies and pies. The brownies are dense, fudgy, and unapologetically rich—exactly how they should be. The pie options are equally irresistible, with flaky crusts and luscious fillings that make each slice feel like a celebration.

And the ultimate indulgence? Pairing any of these treats with ice cream. Whether it’s a warm brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla or pie à la mode, it’s a combination that elevates dessert to an art form.

Chocolate Uzma isn’t just a place to grab a sweet treat—it’s a full sensory experience. Every bite, sip, and scoop is crafted with love, and it shows.

Hit up Chocolat Uzma in Pilsen last weekend and it was magic. Snagged a 6‑piece Exotic box packed with Kala Namak caramel, chai, passion fruit flavors, plus a luxe nut bark and hot sipping chocolate. Each bonbon tasted handcrafted, bold, and got me talking. Staff were chill and let me sample a few. Definitely a Chi‑town gem—one of the best craft chocolate spots in the city.

I was excited to try and support a small business. However the service was very mediocre and when I asked about the chocolate and the flavors it seemed like the person wasn't excited about anything. With the prices, 4 chocolates for $12 I kinda was hoping for something more. There are so many chocolate places in Chicago and customer service is so important if it's going to be expensive. I also felt like there was a lot of milk chocolate and very little textures which isn't the most expansive to me.

All the chocolate products are delicious and of good quality. I didn't like the tea because it came from a bag and not high quality, which comes in powder form, and they also serve it very hot. BUT THE WORST THING IS THE SERVICE. The employee was super rude. I told her it was my first time looking for a recommendation and she ignored me. I didn't feel welcome.

Chocolat Uzma is a hidden gem in Pilsen, offering handcrafted chocolates inspired by South Asian flavors. Their signature Kala Namak Caramel is a must-try, blending sweet and savory in every bite. On my last visit, I indulged in a box of assorted truffles for about $20, each piece a delightful surprise. The friendly staff provided excellent recommendations, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this unique chocolate haven.

Delicious and thoughtfully made items loved everything we have got here

We went there to find Dubai chocolate. Trying to talk to the lady there, she was very short with us, while we asked questions about the chocolate. We did buy some chocolates, though they were pretty, they were disappointing.

I try to shop small businesses and support the local community. While the chocolates may be nice, won't be going here again! Very rude staff.

Was hard to find but I found it! Ordered hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookie and flowerless cake. Service was mediocre; the shop was small and neat.

The food was delicious! However, the hot chocolate did not meet my expectations, as I did not detect the rich chocolate flavor found in other specialty hot chocolate establishments. I assume this may be due to the type of chocolate used. I did, however, appreciate the availability of an almond milk option. Would I return for the hot chocolate? Unfortunately, no.

It’s sinfully good. This is the sipping chocolate with espresso. I’m so sad it isn’t bigger! lol
