Fun atmosphere, very friendly staff, tons of ice cream options

My family and I have been here a number of times over the years and brought family and friends - as it’s our local ice cream option. Fun/eclectic ambiance, flavor options and variety, free samples, etc have helped to offset higher cost and cash-only. However, after a $27 experience for 3 cups of ice cream (2 single scoop servings and one junior double scoop) and an experience 6 months prior with a few families where we had brought what we thought was more than enough cash to cover our group of mostly kids ordering junior scoops yet found ourselves pooling together everything we collectively had on us cover… I had to come back here to rate low. After our last experiences we’ve only walked away with an “ick” feeling from high cost - it’s just not worth a return (even if a 3 min drive from us). For ice cream outings, we’ll be heading to Sugar Rae’s (delicious!), Village Creamery (unique flavors and quite good), into Park Ridge (a few solid options)… or even on a special occasion drive 20 min to Jeni’s where the quality-to-price is actually worth it (and it’s still not as steep as here 🤯).

Loved the staff but wow, incredibly expensive. Order two kids size scoops for a total of $18! And no card so there’s an ATM there where you can get cash. Honestly, not worth it. The ice cream is like any other ice cream, nothing special for the price and hassle

Take my advice do not go here they are way overpriced and only except cash it's a basic ice cream nothing special ,, warning do not go here they are a rip off

Why is my kids ice cream 4 bites big and 8 dollars… I’ll stick with any other ice cream place thank you for ur service.

Top place to get ice cream in the Chicagoland area. The service is top notch, everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is amazing, and the ice cream is phenomenal.
