Great mix of flavors in every bite. The spicy from the jalapeno went great with the sweeter bacon jam. All that with a fluffy egg that melts in your mouth and a satisfying crunch from the hash brown! Definitely recommend getting there early if you want to try the other menu items as they do sell out.
Finally got to try the breakfast creations of Oscar snd Chubby Boys and man did it live up to the hype. A pop up operating out of Drip Collective, a cool coffee spot in the West Loop, Oscar whips up a delicious breakfast sandwich AND breakfast burrito. The sandwich is bursting with flavor from the bacon jam, jalapeños and pillowy soft egg and cheese.
