I can't comment on the food because we didn't order anything but very friendly, good service, very clean and a very pleasant atmosphere for my grandchildren we all had a lot of fun I recommend it a very good job ?????? thank you for your attention

The place was so crowded it took us 30 minutes to find a seat. It was too expensive also. I paid 75.00 dollars for 1 pizza 4 cups and an hour of play time for my grandbabies. The pizza wasn't good either. I don't know if they have new owner or a different recipe but it was not good and it use to be.Kid-friendliness: It's a place for kids!

This is not the Chuck E Cheese of our childhoods and I mean that in the best possible way. Our kid was obsessed with coming here for her birthday and we were both very skeptical going in but were really impressed. I remembered these being dimly lit sticky places with cardboard-like pizza. This place was (shockingly) clean, well-lit with a bunch of natural light coming in from the windows. There were a ton of games, something for everyone and seemingly well-maintained. Very, very few glitches or shut down machines. The pizza was much better than I remembered, and the veggie quite good for fast food pizza. Best of all...no creepy animatronics! Much credit to the friendly, kind, and *patient* staff who kept everything moving like clockwork. My husband and I could actually play with the kids without having to hover or facilitate every little thing. The staff were super on top of it. I think Anna may have been our hostess but I really appreciate everyone there, down to the young guy running the prize store and kindly and patiently waiting an eon for our kids to decide on prizes without seeming the least impatient. Our daughter had a great day there and I really think her guests did too.Vegetarian options: We ordered three toes of pizza and the veggie was honestly the best in my opinion. The kids cleaned up the cheese so I have to think that was really good too.

Lost a card that had over 500 tickets and spent $60 on food and points, with receipt as proof and everything, they couldn't do A SOLID NICE thing for me even though I know it's my fault for loosing the card as much as I spent in 1 hour a replacement of card or some sort of small refund would've been great..
