My family has been going here for 14+ years and the last 2 times I’ve ordered from here the pizza has been HORRIBLE. The last time in ordered a small turkey and it was way overcooked, they offered another one. Same issue. Tonight, in ordered another pizza and it was threw together. Each and every bite was even more and more disgusting. I bit off several pieces to try to see if I could get a piece and failed miserably. This is so disappointing and I won’t be back

I've been a customer for over 10yrs, the pizza was always great, until recently. I ordered a time before this, the pizza was horrible, I thought it was just an off day or bad cook. Ii gave them another try today, the pizza is even worse. I had globs of sauce in some areas, little sauce on orhers. The cheese doesn't taste the same, sausage tasteless/unseasoned and the crust was rhe worst part. The crust was chewy/rubbery, like cheap New York style pizza. I'll unfortunately have to part ways with this business, it's a great family establishment that's been around for years.

I ordered 16 inch double cheese sausage bell peppers mushrooms and onions $39.00,A Ripoff,I thought Italian Fiesta & Barracos were bad,they outshine them in Yucky- Never Again. Slivers o mushrooms, Lil pieces of onions and catch me if You can bell peppers. The one redeeming quality it was hot

I saw someone comment on how good the pizza was, I’ve been wanting to try it for a few months. Today when my family & I returned from Hawaii we wanted good pizza and decided to try Chucks. OMG it was soooo good! I am allergic to tomato so I always order no sauce pizza. I ordered a pizza with ground beef, jalapeños and no sauce. The jalapeños were soooo hot and fresh it gave the pizza that extra kick & juiciness that some no sauce pizza need. I will be returning!!
If a person ordered a pizza and it says DON'T CUT. What should you do? Getting ready to find a new pizza joint.

I've been eating Chuck's Pizza since I was a little boy always the best they haven't changed everything highly recommended and the prices for better than anybody else
If you order online they will mess up your order unless they don't know what a deep dish is and I got my cup of cheese straight from the fridge.

I am DoorDash driver. I took delivery order from them and i waited 20 minutes and i after i took the pizza the lady on the in front desk started to Yelling at me Saying to confirm the order I told her what's the code And she start even yelling louder Absolutely disgusting they got no respect for other people and their attitude is the worst. I will never come back to them. Ever again

Absolutely no stars will I give. This place use to have some of the best pizza in Chicago. I guess I ordered on the wrong shift. Never again. I order the sausage & pepperoni 21 in pizza and got only cheese and the pizza was not chewable they can have this mess. Just donated money DAMN SHAME
