I've been coming to this location for a while. What I will say is my food is always fast, correct and fresh. The only Churches my family goes to and we don't live west of the city.

Customer service is not good there at all. Cashiers as well as managers need to be trained better on their own menu to better communicate how to order correctly from said menu. I ordered a 3 pc MIXED chicken. She hands me all dark meat. I tell her that I order a mixed. She then gets an attitude and starts to mumble under her breath about it. She switches out one of the pieces and hands me the food. I leave and check the food in the car. She replaced one of the pieces with a nugget disguised as a wing. I bring it back in to talk to the manager about it. I told her I ordered a mixed and got a measly shriveled wing for the extra money. The cashier says what’s the problem she gave me a breast, upon which the manager opens the box and tells the cashier that there’s no breast in here . Then she says she gave me what I paid for after saying there’s no breast in the box. Then states that I should’ve told her what I wanted specifically. How am I supposed to know unless the cashier lets me know?? Horrible.

I ordered food through DoorDash today, and went up to my office to eat my chicken strips I noticed that my zesty ranch wasn’t in the bag. So I couldn’t eat my strips without the sauce so I didn’t eat my food. I went to the churches located at 1755 W. Jackson, and the girl whom I went to window and let her know what was wrong with my order was like you was just missing the sauce, and I said yes but that’s why I’m bringing it back. She was like let me talk to my manager, she came back to the window and said it’s going to be 10 minutes so I said ok. When she came to the window with my food she just threw it on the counter and walked away. At this I was like she had very poor customer service, and how your going to be mad at me for your mess up with my food.
Not sure who cook that chicken today but it was absolutely terrible. I feel like I waste my money. Definitely won’t be back cause it seem like it get worse everytime I go.

I just ordered the two leg thigh for $9.99 And ordered an extra fry that made my order $14 but I didn’t have any fries in the box that said it came with and then on top of that the chicken was halfway cooked and sweet tea was nasty
