Sunday March 18th 2024 I ordered a three piece white combo meal in the drive thru my Mother ordered three chicken tenders, I asked for Fresh Hot Chicken, the Chicken Was NOT Fresh Nor was it Hot out the grease, oil so I parked my car and went inside to get some Fresh Hot Chicken, I waited for at least 25 minutes for them to cook my chicken, when I got home I opened the box the chicken didn't look fresh and didn't feel hot, that Chicken taste Terrible, Horrible it taste like it was cooked a while ago then dropped back in the oil to make it seem hot, the chicken was Hard, Dried out and Chewy after waiting all that time and my Mom Not living close to this particular Church's chicken I just didn't feel like taking the chicken back and getting a refund even though I Deserve a Refund AND a Fresh Hot Chicken combo meal. This is my rating for not getting Fresh Hot chicken upon request twice, Terrible Customer Service Here!
