I will contact the corporate office over this issue as well. I called the restaurant back after biting my chicken and seen it wasn’t cooked inside. The manager whom answered the phone wouldn’t give me his name after asking several times for it. He offer to resolve the issue initially by me speaking to the drive thru server. I didn’t understand how this could be a solution. I was explaining I didn’t want a refund. I didn’t want any other food. I’m calling to make a complaint and make them aware the chicken isn’t cook on the inside. The manager explain I could come next day and bring chicken back due to me complaining. I was driving in truck and I was far away from the restaurant while calling. He kept telling me bring chicken back whatever day I could. This was nonsense. He still wouldn’t give his name. This issue was on Saturday December 21, 2024 at 2:45pm. Whomever was scheduled this is the manager who needs retraining and customer service support. Be aware the chicken inside could not be cooked as mines was not. Church’s corporate management this is dangerous for customers to bite raw chicken!!!!

Brought bombers and they were cold instead of them throwing them away they set them to the side as if they were going to give them to someone else’s Tuesday night shift! They have a non professional attitude! The whole staff conditioned of 2 women and 2 young girls should be retrained on customer service

10/13/24 Bad attitude from the guy who helped me today at 4:05 pm I asked him if they were giving away the jalapeños because in a previous purchase they gave them to me for free and the ironic guy started looking for the free sign and he answered that He didn't see it say free.

It's Hispanic female manager that works there that treats customers according their race and if you complain about it,high management does nothing about it. And they will give you old chicken. Eat at you own risk! Ate here some months ago and got sick. Definitely believe the racist Manager tainted our food

Chicken was unseasoned and tasted old. I'm not sure what the issue was here, but while some of what we ordered was edible, most was wasted as it was not good in any way. We will not be returning.
