I just done a delivery with church's over popeyes what i do that for the delivery guy brung my grandchildren 3 box tender meal but they for my chicken I've called the delivery guy and church's neither answer I also with through their help chat . No quick answer . They never give customers there whole order now i have to do a dam popeyes order . Never again will i do delivery with churches again customer service not goid at all.

The young lady working the drive dry obviously can’t multitask because she messed my order up. I got all the way to work to find out my slaw was missing and there was no hot pepper! Mash potatoes were horrible & the strips were a lil hard. The only thing that was good was the biscuit!!

The guy they have working the drive through window needs to be fired he’s arrogant and rude has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have never wanted to get out of my car and beat a guy so bad in my life I can only imagine how much business this place looses because of him do your self a favour fire him or make him quite he a joke.

Good food always tight no we're to stand but besides that good food ok service .
When I say the food was FRESH I MEAN IT!!! The staff was very pleasant although they had a few rude customers, they remained polite and professional. I definitely recommend, please be patient with staff. It seems as if this IS THE ONLY CLEAN CHURCHES CHICKEN that has FRESH FOOD!!!! Give em a try, they also have a drive-through.

I went through drive-thru and waited 30 minutes. The reason why I didn't leave sooner was because I was already trapped with other cars behind me. The drive-thru looks abandoned and unkempt. The menu monitor doesn't have lights so you would assume that it doesn't work. When we finally were able to get to the counter, the guy forgot what we ordered. It also appears he was the only one working at the restaurant that night. This was around 9: 30p on a Tuesday.
