they're trying really hard after waiting a good half hour in the Drive-Thru eventually getting there what are food then to be cold to move up and we had to wait another 10 minutes finally got the food it was hot very hot very very hot I guess that's a good thing if you really have a taste for some chicken and you have some time it's okay place to go

There food is always good. But they close 10 to 20 mins prior to the time they are suppose to. It is very dark in the drive thru at night which is very dangerous.

I ordered original chicken and the chicken was so dark and hard I thought they gave me spicy so I returned it.....The cook said no ma'am that's the original and replaced the chicken (only) not my other ordered items to only receive some more over cooked nasty chicken that doesn't look or taste like Churches! Change that grease or y'all forgot to season that last batch! Nasty!
Pull into the drive-through and asked a simple question and the lady was so rude and disrespectful that I had to get out of my car and come in and ask her. If this is how you treat people were paying money for your business I would never come to church again they need to close this location down .

This establishment really needs to work on having great customer service skills!! The cashier yelled to the customers that they did not have any breast available. That is a one on one matter. Never should you yell at your customers, very distasteful and unprofessional.
