Church's Texas Chicken

Placed a mobile order for a fast pick-up. I arrived and they said they were making a fresh batch of fries for me. I waited 20 minutes while everyone was coming in and out. Got my food and when I arrived home, they forgot to put my fries.

Ordered from the app, which finally worked for food for the Bears game! Angel was an angel that put it togeher wirh a laugh and a smile. People enjojed it! BEAR DOWN!

The worst food ever!!! I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!! They never have enough of something or the order is ALWAYS incorrect!! The mannerisms is disgusting. No professionalism what so ever!!! Horrible and Unsanitary!!!!!

This location is REALLY a hit or miss. Today, chicken was fresh but they ran out of mashed potatoes. Wow! Gave me macaroni instead, cool. When I got home I discovered why... 😡 I try to give them chance after chance. #Burnt #Trash

food was ok (🤢 max and cheese), service was not.

ordered 2 2-piece texas specials and a 3pc combo. First, I noticed I was missing a jalapeno (which I asked for and was actually given 3), but upon getting home I realized I was missing a whole special entirely! I guess I should've checked more thoroughly... but pissed I wasted money in this economy.

Chicken always be hot but for now on I’m taking a bite off one of my chickens to make sure it’s spicy I order spicy had me waiting to minutes for fresh chicken and still gave me regular only one piece was a little hot rest were plain ugh

in theory, this is a tasty local chicken spot, but ordering here feels like playing the lottery and you, the customer, will lose. Your order will be wrong about 80% of the time and if you’re a part of the lucky 20% that get a correct order, you still have to worry about whether you’re eating day old chicken.

It’s the type of place where even if you customize an order, and even if you pay extra for items you really want, you just won’t get it. Most likely, your order will be short and filled with old food. Don’t get me started on the time you’ll waste here too. You might as well throw your money out the window because that’s the equivalent of coming here.

On September 16th I ordered a 8 piece SPICY and okra on the app. The app said my order will be ready at 7:39pm. Once I got to the location I noticed it was crowded. I stepped to the counter and was told my food had not even been prepared yet. Ok no problem. Once I received my food get home and find out my chicken is NOT spicy and my okra is crums from the bottom of the bag. I called and talk to a manager. He told me to return the food and they would replace it. I did so. I return home once more and yet again my food is NOT spicy like ordered and now the okra is OVER COOKED. The next day September 17th I call corporate. He tells me he will get in contact with the local manager. I have not heard from corporate or the manager. No email or anything. Very dissatisfied with this experience. Please do better.

Don't waste time eating at the other two chicken places down the street. The wait for this food is actually worth it and the staff is actually trying to get work done. I had a small issue with my order. They fixed it got me right with no hassle. The food was hot and it tasted how it supposed to taste.

Been eating at this particular churches since 1988. It's been revamped put the design yourself is too old and need to be updated. Meaning it needs to be torn down and reconfigured for that site.

Thus Church's has exceptional chicken!!! And, the cashier was very friendly and courteous. There wasn't a long wait, and the cashier brought my food to the car. I would definitely recommend this Church's location.
