It's fast food chicken there is no atmosphere obviously. Service was as expected. Very tasty chicken. Take me to church anytime!

The person at the window cant talk also terrible customer service. Sound like he gas shut in his mouth. Don't tell you what order cost just take your card. As soon as I pull up he said no condiments, no greeting just awful.
Very poor customer service.I had to leave! The guy working today 9/4 around 11:30am needs to be trained on customer service skills.

I'm so tired of food service restaurants in our area being below average. They had me wait in drive thru 10-12min just to tell me they don't have no chicken ready only dark which be another 15mins to wait. The menu sign you can't read it because it's no lights on in it and it's 9pm at night. Terrible

I can't even give you guys a rating this is the worse restaurant i have experience the cashier here name is Anita M was very unprofessional I ordered a 10 PC chicken biscuits and a 2 PC meal I looked at my recipe and noticed the 10 PC wasn't on there i asked her about it and she went off on me and said I know i was going to give it to you but since you said something I'm going to charge you first off I didn't ask you to steal me food and she need an attitude adjustment if you going to act like that plus the chicken was dry and not seasoning I couldn't take it back because I was in the road heading back to Florida and the location I'm referring to is 79th right on the dan Ryan make it so bad she was looking a hot mess hair not comb bad weave and all plus she was dirty bad business it's not even worth the 1 star
