They took my order but barely let me in and didn't have nothing ready no problem with the spicy I ask can the drop sum in spicy chicken and they said no... When can I get sum good Texas chicken my kids can enjoy the food

Poorly managed location. I do not eat churches chicken often but I might make a stop 2-3 times a year. Every time I visit this location they are out of spicy chicken. Today, they were out of spicy chicken, wings, & fries. Very disappointing. My fiancé ordered in the drive thru, pulled around to the pick up window and the person asked him what did he ordered again. The order taker never put in his order and he had to wait again. An apology was never given. Not to mention that I ordered a sprite and was given carbonated water. Also, the last and only two visits items was missing from my order. No matter what, they will always forget an item you paid for. Horrible service!

The food was bland and over cooked. They did not give me the 4 biscuits that were supposed to come with my order. The customer service was horrible. Everyone there acted like they had attitudes. I should have walked away when I saw this. None of them smiled and even the drive thru person was rude to the customer for not ordering correctly. This is a horrible location. I've come a few times and honestly it's getting worse and worse. I don't know how the new employees have the same nasty attitude. Maybe it's poor management. I won't be back nor do I recommend this place. This is very upsetting because I love the church's chicken brand just not this location.
