I’ve been eating Cinnabon for over 15 years - this location is not serving Cinnabons. I’m not sure if it’s a different recipe or they’re over cooking them, but I’ve tried this spot 3 times and each time my Cinnabons were dry, barely had any icing on them…they looked not tasted anything like a Cinnabon. Cinnabons should be gooey, lots of icing, and can last for a few days! Hopefully they can figure this out :)

Bought like $27 dollars work of cinnamon rolls and pretzels. Cashier didn't mention spend $30 get free Oreo pretzels. So I asked to add on beverage to get free item. She seemed annoyed. Overall to be a new location the customer service is subpar. The blended Reese's drink was horrible. Pretzels and rolls were delicious though. Will try again. Hope service and drinks are better.

I ordered a Classic 4-pack Cinnabon & received all Cinnabons with toppings filled with peanuts. I am highly allergic to peanuts, and this could've been deadly. When I called the restaurant, I was met with an immediate disrespectful tone & gaslighting. He treated me like I was stupid and was dismissing the severity of the situation. There was no solution or sympathy offered. All Ray (Manager apparently) did was claim that nobody in his kitchen packed this, and that I should contact Doordash. It was clearly Ray's & Cinnabon's responsibility on N SHERIDAN, NOT DOORDASH WHO SIMPLY DELIVERED THE ORDER (with my name on it) ! I'm extremely disappointed at this location.
