I went 20 minutes before close and ordered one cinnabon. The person I ordered from gave me really nasty glares and shoved the to-go bag towards me even after I tipped 20%. It's not as if I came in last minute and ordered a bunch of stuff, so I feel the hostility was unjustified. They did not include utensils or napkins.

I recently visited this Cinnabon location, and it was an amazing experience! The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls filled the entire store. The staff were friendly, patient, and quick with service. My Classic Roll was warm, soft, and perfectly iced—exactly what you want from Cinnabon. The store was clean, and everything looked well organized. Overall, I left super satisfied and will definitely be coming back for another sweet treat.

Sooo happy they finally opened one on Michigan Ave!! I’ve came here multiple times already and I’ve never once had a bad experience. It honestly was the freshest Cinnabon I’ve tasted and the staff is always super friendly.

First time ever having a experience at this location and never going back the center of the Cinnabon was uncooked and doughy on the inside manger seemed uncompassionate and didn't care I've been to Cinnabon many times its amazing but this location really dropped the ball worst first impression ever.
