Amazing cinnamon rolls!! Better than Ann Sathers or Cinnabon. Just soft and cinnamony exactly like a cloud pillow! Start with the classic and then try the toppings soon after, you won’t be disappointed :)

Staff is AMAZINGLY friendly in a funny way, and super quick and helpful, but I was so disheartned, the cinnamon roll, the very basis of this dessert, is terrible :( it's not even close to a Cinnabon or other genuine cinnamon bun, while the toppings and flavor combos are great, you're settling for a mountain of toppings on a very disappointing....dough? Because it's not a pastry, it's not a biscuit or a cake but a bread almost?

Staff seem nice enough. They Thought I was ordering a menu item when I ordered a custom walk back in to have it switched to the correct order. They were willing to remake it after having it remade it's warm but you can tell The roll itself has been sitting in their heater for a long time and it's kind of stale

I stopped in at Cinnaholics on my way back to Ohio after a work trip. The gentleman working was so accommodating and so kind- truly some of the best customer service I've ever witnessed. The pastries were an incredible find for someone who's vegan. I'll absolutely be adding this spot to my regular list whenever I'm in Chicago!
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Cinnaholic location. I am a long time customer at the Cinnaholic in South Loop (AMAZING) and have been there easily over 20 times. I love their chocolate chip banana bread. However, when I came to this cinnaholic and asked about the Chocolate chip banana bread, they had two options, (1) the single packed one I always get and (2) a long loaf. Because of how much I love it, I decided to get the long loaf. I asked specifically if it was the same recipe and item and was told yes by 2 different staff. So I immediately bought it. When I got home, I opened the container because it is in a hard contained and I was surprised to feel how hard the loaf was. I called and emailed and no one has answered me. I live in South Loop and I don't always have time to go up to where this one is. However, I have now sent 3 emails with no response. I even did the online contact email for Cinnaholic and the online team tried to reach this store to no avail. I told them via email I am fine with store credit it doesnt even have to be a refund. They are extremely unprofessional and I will try to reach out again for the next couple of weeks and if nothing happens I will contact my bank. NEVER go here. I genuinely thought this was going to be a good experience. It was not.
