Staff seem nice enough. They Thought I was ordering a menu item when I ordered a custom walk back in to have it switched to the correct order. They were willing to remake it after having it remade it's warm but you can tell The roll itself has been sitting in their heater for a long time and it's kind of stale

gooey, sweet, and all around mouthwatering! i got a cinnamon roll WITH the chocolate chip cookie dough and LOVED it!!!!!!
I stopped in at Cinnaholics on my way back to Ohio after a work trip. The gentleman working was so accommodating and so kind- truly some of the best customer service I've ever witnessed. The pastries were an incredible find for someone who's vegan. I'll absolutely be adding this spot to my regular list whenever I'm in Chicago!
This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Cinnaholic location. I am a long time customer at the Cinnaholic in South Loop (AMAZING) and have been there easily over 20 times. I love their chocolate chip banana bread. However, when I came to this cinnaholic and asked about the Chocolate chip banana bread, they had two options, (1) the single packed one I always get and (2) a long loaf. Because of how much I love it, I decided to get the long loaf. I asked specifically if it was the same recipe and item and was told yes by 2 different staff. So I immediately bought it. When I got home, I opened the container because it is in a hard contained and I was surprised to feel how hard the loaf was. I called and emailed and no one has answered me. I live in South Loop and I don't always have time to go up to where this one is. However, I have now sent 3 emails with no response. I even did the online contact email for Cinnaholic and the online team tried to reach this store to no avail. I told them via email I am fine with store credit it doesnt even have to be a refund. They are extremely unprofessional and I will try to reach out again for the next couple of weeks and if nothing happens I will contact my bank. NEVER go here. I genuinely thought this was going to be a good experience. It was not.

Cinnamon buns are delicious! can’t go wrong with the original but just the right amount of sweetness that the extra toppings aren’t too over powering
Pro tip, don’t forget to pick up some cookie dough the perfect snack when you get home

I absolutely love this place. This place beats Cinnabons by so much. And this specific location just makes the best rolls. I forever love this place!

The cinnamon roll seemed to be either cold or old. I’m glad that it was 100% vegan. My expectation of a soft roll was not met. The place was clean. There was a lot to choose from. The staff wasn’t as inviting when I walked in. I’ll give it another chance down the line although I got a real bad toothache after lol
Vegetarian options: It would be great it they were made fresh

This is a cute bakery chain in Wicker Park-- the only one located in the city of Chicago. The interior is pretty compact with no indoor seating, and the staff are super nice and friendly. Their cinnamon rolls have creative names and flavors, and they all looked enticing.
A friend and I shared the Milwaukee Ave cinnamon roll, which had frosting, walnuts, blueberries, and blueberry sauce. The total was just under $10, which is definitely quite steep for a cinnamon roll. While it tasted good, it wasn't exceptional, but it could've just been the mildness of the particular flavor we chose. We got a buy 1 roll get 1 free voucher with our purchase, so I would be interested in coming back to try some other more creative-looking flavors.
I think at this point I’ve tried every single flavor. They’re all phenomenal. This place never disappoints.
