I come here all the time and I have never been disappointed or left hungry! Everything I have had off the breakfast menu is delicious, typical diner fare. The omelettes and skillets are my favorite. Their breakfast burrito is amazing! The service here is super fast and everyone who works here is really friendly and attentive. Definitely check it out if you're in RP!

It was in the area so we decided to grab a bite for breakfast. What to say, well the waitress was nice, we could tell she was new cause she didn't know what most of the items had in them which is ok, I've been a server before you cant know everything. My friend had the Mediterranean skillet, wasn't anything special, seems like something u could easily make at home. Although the waitress said it CAME with a side of her choice, she said toast, bagel or pancakes. But then charged us for the side..... I had the la cox i think its called, just because I saw a picture on yelp that it had smoked salmon which i love, my plate was very nice it was simple I actually really enjoyed it but I asked for a small side of feta just to give it some more taste, I wish she would have told me that a side of feta was gonna cost almost $2.00, I'm not one to pick at prices but Id like to know if Im getting charged for something. We got the red velvet pancakes as well, which I forgot to take a picture of but don't worry they don't look like much, they were very dry, practically falling apart as u try to grab it with your fork. So yea its an alright place don't expect anything amazing.

It is a comfortable place to eat. There is plenty of space and simple, average fare. I enjoyed the omelet but the pecan pie was even better. I sat and read a lot and they did not mind.

a very comfortable restaurant for a simple meal . The omelet was very good and the pecan pie was excellent. I sat a read and they were not put out about it. It is located with easy access to several CTA routes. It is average priced.

Clarkes Rogers Park has been closed for several weeks. I strongly suspect that it won't reopen. That's too bad because it was a decent greasy spoon that offered a lot of choices.
Clean restaurant. Quick service and tasty meals at a very reasonable price.

We ordered our food and overheard the waitress tell other customers that they're card machine wasn't working AFTER the fact that we ordered. She did not tell us this before and we had no idea this was the case. When it was time to pay she ran our card and told us that the card machine isn't working and that she apparently told us this before we ordered. She did not tell us this whatsoever and proceeded to lie and tell me that I was wrong. If this were the case we would not have stayed and eaten. This was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming here again.

I had really low expectations for this place after reading all the reviews. But, it was definitely better than expected. We were seated immediately when we came in, greeted immediately, and got our order in as soon as possible. It didn't take as long as I thought for our food to come out. I recommend getting one of the baked pancakes or one of the skillets. It's a pretty good breakfast place! okay update: this place made my stomach hurt.

I have a good time we my friends. Omelets. Are so good and fantastic they have a lot food and menu.
