This place is a hidden gem. It is so delicious and the place is so beautiful. We ordered chicken sandwich, double burger and waffle fries with cheese. Everything was great! We definitely coming back.

The headline: High quality fried chicken in an upscale environment. The food is incredibly fresh and you can taste the high quality of the meat. The chicken was fried fresh, had a nice seasoning, and was incredibly juicy! We ordered the Mother Clucker chicken sandwich. You can customize your spice level, but I think the Cluck It Sauce might naturally have a bit of a kick to it. We also ordered a side of cheese fries and mac & cheese. Everything was real good and we left stuffed.I just wish they had beer and cocktails. The sweet tea was perfectly sweetened, but the size was too small.

I happened to be in the Lincoln Park area and was looking for places to eat lunch when Cluck It appeared on my radar. I always appreciate a good chicken sandwich so I was excited to see a promising place. This place can be a little tricky to spot from the street since there are no signs indicating the restaurant at all. When I stepped into the restaurant, my first thought was that it was rather interesting to see 2 gigantic crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling of a chicken sandwich restaurant. The decor made it seem like the previous establishment was a bar or nightclub of some sort, kind of funny. I ordered the Mother Clucker sandwich with mild spice and got a side of waffle fries. The sandwich was massive and I was trying to think of how in the world I was going to eat it. The breading was light and had a perfectly fried texture while the chicken itself was juicy. Even though I had ordered the mild spice sandwich, I thought it was pretty spicy. I definitely would not go any spicier for it to still be enjoyable. I liked the pickles in the sandwich since the acidity helped cut through all of the greasiness. This sandwich is definitely a messy one so be prepared - I had the juices and sauce dripping down all over my hands by the end. One thing I would change about my order is the side of waffle fries. The waffle fries came out already seasoned, but since my sandwich was already so flavorful, the added fries on the side were a bit too much in terms of saltiness and flavor. If I ordered fries again with a sandwich, I personally would stick to getting just regular fries so you don't drown yourself in sodium and flavor. I'm glad I found Cluck It randomly when browsing for restaurants in the area and I will definitely come back for the epic Mother Clucker sandwich. This is the kind of sandwich that will knock you out afterwards if you are prone to getting food comas so be ready!

I've been to Cluck It twice in my life so far. On both occasions, not only was the fried chicken sandwich great, but I loved our waiter, Cainan. It's very rare for customers to have cooks from Michelin star restaurants wait your table! Cainan's a great person to have conversation with, and I've always loved both the food and overall dining experience!

Totally worth the hype. Crispiest fried chicken in a fancy environment. Hoping to be back soon for more! & don't miss out on the banana pudding fam!

Found this gem on tik Tok and I was pleasantly surprised! The sandwich was ginormous. Full of flavor! The mild wasn't very spicy but my friend got the hot and it was packed with heat. The waffle fries with their special sauce were tasty. I would definitely recommend trying!!

I put myself into a food coma eating all this. Chicken sandwich mother clucker was so huge. The breading and seasoning on it was perfect as well as the waffle cheese fries. The banana pudding was the icing on the cake for me. TKO

Food was amazing. Had the nugs, staff was fantastic and friendly and helped get me all the different levels of spice I was looking for. Only critique I had is that the prices were a touch on the high side, but had no problem paying since food was solid and it’s a small business. Would definitely go again

I came here with my wife and we ordered Mother Clicker, Cowch Burger, Banana Pudding and Cornflake Crème Pie. It's so long to came our order since they have only few staff. Then after minutes finally it came. Their Mother Clucker is a boneless chicken thigh, brioche bun, American cheese, coleslaw, pickles, cluck it sauce. Cowch Burger is a sagely farm beef custom grind, brioche bun, American cheese, grilled red onion, tomato, pickles, butter lettuce and cowch sauce. Banana Pudding has a Banana, Madagascar vanilla, salted caramel Nilla wafers. Cornflake Creme Pie is a cornflake cookies sammich'd with honey cream cheese icing. We like their dishes and we enjoy their food. My girlfriend like their sweets. She enjoys the Banana Pudding and she want to order for takeout even though they have slow service.

The interior of this place is just so beautiful and this is definitely the perfect spot if you wanted a restaurant that has an amazing ambiance. Their chandeliers are so big and the interior of the place is modern that really gives a casual, cozy and wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Meanwhile, the staffs are very friendly and accommodating. It is not my first time in here and i just cannot help myself but to admire the lovely interior of the place. When it comes to the food, their mother clucker is definitely the best. When I first ate it, I promised myself that I will eat it again and that is when I recently visited the place. I did not regret coming back because I was able to eat their huge, crispy, juicy and tender chicken sandwich. If you haven't been in here, I highly recommend their mother clucker because it is definitely their best food! The only downside in my recent visit is that I ordered their waffle fries for sides but I did not expect it would be only a small portion for like just a few of it. It was good but I just wish they serve a bigger portion of it considering its price.

The chicken sandwich here definitely lives up to the hype in my opinion. Just want to warn everyone that when they say Motherclucker, it's because it's HUGE. My girlfriend and I ordered 2 sandwiches and we weren't able to finish half of a sandwich in the first try. Also know that it's super heavy and after eating half, I knocked out for a solid 2 hour nap. The sandwich is delicious and the crust is amazingly fried so definitely come out here if you have the chance.

One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had! It is an extremely large sandwich, so totally worth the price. The sandwich had a lot of great flavor and crunch. The waffle fries were nicely seasoned and delicious. You need to give this place a try!

Go for just the chicken sandwich & waffle fries! I have to say the chicken sandwich is the best I have had by far. It's huge & the crisp is flaky and soft when you bite into it! Tip: Get the sauce on the side! I am giving 4 stars just solely based on the chicken because the sides were sub par and over priced; the Mac n' cheese honestly tasted like Kraft Mac n' cheese out of a box but worse. If the Chef reads this review please work on making it better because I was thoroughly disappointed. On to desserts: the cornflake cream cheese pie was not my favorite. The cream cheese tasted funny to me. Banana pudding my husband liked so a positive review for that one. Overall, I would definitely go back for the chicken but nothing else. Staff & Customer Service: I just did a pick up order but the staff I did meet were very friendly.

Okay... I want to like this more! I'm going to give it another try! First, the portions are large. All the pictures you see are accurate, for example the chicken sandwich really is that big. Well worth the price tag! Alright... so I thought everything was overly seasoned and tasted the same. I also think for my own personal preference I would choose no sauce as opposed to mild. I like spice, but everything tasted spicy to me. From the waffle fries, the cheese you dipped them in, to the sandwich and the side sauce. It was too much for me. Again, might just be my tastes. I want to go back and try sauceless. Not sure if the waffle fries can be made unseasoned but I would ask next time as they were overpowering. Inside the resturant is nice, would be a great place to sit in and eat. I choose take out cause when I ordered I had my dog with me. Looks like liquor may e coming soon... wasn't sure as they didn't have a liquor menu and the bar didn't appear to have liquor in it. Looking forward to a second try.
