Nice place not busy at all.
Food was great, amazing flavor.
Service was fast and food was ready in less than 10 minutes.
The service was the best

Food portions are significantly smaller than they used to be while the prices are higher.
Extremely delicious, but starting to not be worth the price.

I’ve been ordering from CM Chicken for the past several months. It’s a little pricey but I could not stop telling my friends how much I’ve enjoyed their honey garlic, spicy garlic and Korean chicken wings or chicken tenders. Martin, who used to be one of the managers was very pleasant and accommodating. He was one of my favorite people who made you feel welcomed. Recently there has been a change in management and the quality of food took a slight nose dive. This is the second time my fries have been under cooked, almost raw. I hope to see positive change moving forward.

I had a blast tearing up some soy garlic chicken wings with K-pop music videos in the background. 10/10 will be back again
I tried the original fried chicken and the spicy garlic chicken—both were enjoyable, though the latter was slightly too sweet for my taste. The store could benefit from better cleanliness. That said, food was served promptly, and the prices were reasonable. I’ll likely return, but only for takeout.

I was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I asked about the Bulgogi Style Fried Rice, I was told it was out of stock. Instead of offering a solution or suggesting an alternative, the staff member simply told me I could go to another Chinese restaurant nearby if I wanted fried rice.
I found it incredibly unprofessional and dismissive to be sent away like that, especially after expressing interest in their menu. It felt like I wasn’t welcome or valued as a customer. I had high hopes for this place, but sadly, it didn’t live up to expectations.
Based on this experience, I probably won’t be returning anytime soon.

The chicken is… great! It takes a little bit to prepare, but worth the wait! Snow onion and green onion are by far the best two, and great combination as well! This CM also has soju and beer, and price is affordable and not too high! Service is there for you if you need anything, but without pressing too much, which I like! Overall, this is a great place!

Probably the best Korean fried chicken in Chicago. So much tastier and crunchier than Crisp up on Broadway. I wish it was a bit less expensive. If you’re gonna charge $18 for the smallest order of wings then at least let me try two different sauce flavors!! Please consider this.

We liked the food.
However, the server was inattentive. No greetings, no explanations. I don’t write reviews regularly but the experience was very unpleasant and we wanted to let others know about this. The server definitely needs to get re-trained. Poor service.

This must be a pop up CM Chicken because it is nothing like the other one I have been to. For starters, there is no button to call for service as I’ve seen in the other one (and that I heard they have in Korea), so there is no way to call the waiter/waitress when they’re in the back.
There are no public toilets.
We ordered the Garlic Soy Chicken because it is the least spicy of all the options. When I tried it, I noticed it was decently spicy. Not too overwhelming for me, but we ordered it for others in the group that are sensitive to spicy things. We called the waitress over to ask for a different flavor that’s less spicy and she told us that they batter them in spicy batter so every flavor comes spicy no matter what. I thought that was extremely odd. However, I enjoyed the chicken. It’s really delicious but the others I was with couldn’t enjoy it.
The waitress was friendly and attentive though.
The atmosphere was ok, just no public bathroom.
They charge for the radishes when the one I went to gives them as a free starter.
All in all I’m just disappointed with this location.
