So sorry, but the cider we had (the house cider) was absolutely dreadful. The first two notes were tolerable, but the final note was so foul. The fries and our nice server were the only positives. It's so sad to see what's become of the former Northman Lincoln Square location. On a Saturday night, it used to be packed; these days, cue the crickets.

I have been here many times. The new chef and new menu drew me in again. The Panisse and crispy ribs and Crab tartare were a hit. Looking forward to our next outing.
Maybe just not a place for special occasions, but everything from food to service to vibe was pretty meh

Really cool building, I love the fans!The staff has always been great and attentive.The food options are really interesting - it's a mix of classic bar food with some unexpected Eastern European dishes. Everything made with the langos is amazing.

This place is a hidden gem in the North Center/Lincoln square neighborhood! The ambience is lovely with staying true to it European roots and providing a cozy spot. From brunch to dinner, they do it all extremely well. The cocktails are great too! Highly recommend trying their omelette for brunch, the Langos or the Sausage platter as an appetizer, and the goulash for dinner! You can’t go wrong here though!
