I will say I asked for pie cut and they got that right when most places don't. Hence the two stars. Also their oreo cake is great and not available elsewhere. But I ordered on their website and they had to call me to Do what kind of cake. I don't answer my phone. There's something wrong if they didn't know what kind because the site doesn't let me order a piece of cake without saying which kind. The pizza isn't the same as it used to be. It used to be thinner which I liked. And last but not least. I specified I wanted them to ring the bell. I do not answer my phone! Delivery kept calling me I assume. I didn't answer but went to the door and he was standing there. I said did you ring the bell? He said no . I didn't know which one to ring. It clearly says on the receipt he gave me to ring the bell on the left. Also it's a two flat and clearly my door is the second floor and the receipt says so because he was standing in front of it and the window in front of him he can see it's stairs and the other door you can see into the apartment. He barely spoke English so maybe he can't read ? It was slice who delivered it but I did pick them the restaurant apparently picks them because I ordered from their website to avoid these delivery apps. I prefer a restaurant who uses their own staff for delivery. Because of things like this. Also pretty expensive. Almost $40 for a small pizza one topping very small slice of cake and 2 liter of pop.

My order was a football pizza with 40 wings. Cost me 150.00. I put the order in at 1:30 to deliver at 6pm. Delivery did not happen until after 7pm and food was cold. I called to speak to a manger, he refused to speak to me and listen to my complaint. Called today once again to speak to someone in charge and am getting the round around. I will never spend my hard earned money with ungrateful people who don't take of there customer sad customer service.

I ordered for pick up using a coupon, for 45.95 pizza and wings and 2ltr my problem was total came to 53.66? When called to ask why so much, her response was that's the price in the system. So I called other location on fullerton placed exact order to compare total was only 50.33. This location on central overcharges 3.00. When I went to pick up the original order on Central, the girl slammed my wings on the pizza box, very rude!!!!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!

Just an incredible find! The prices are amazing, as in old school Chicago prices, the food is legit Vienna beef (you know what I mean in terms of hotdogs, beefs etc) and the workers are friendly and take their jobs seriously the way service was before Covid. 10 stars.

I was visiting the neighborhood and decided to purchase food here for the first time. To my surprise the manager was very rude to a black customer who came in very politely. The manager was treating the customer like he was homeless based on appearance and I was very shaken up after the exchange because it seemed very racially charged. I will not recommend this place. This is a very hostile place. The food is not even that great. It’s sad.

So husband I'm hospital wanted to order pizza for my kids as well trouble with no reception so called in and ASKED if I can same deal @ 55 bucks pizza wings soda vs 57.99... a 3 dollar difference. Nila said no she can get into trouble over a 3 dollar difference beings I was in hospital w/ my husband and had no reception. I said that's unfortunate that your willing to lose a cust. For 3 dollars...Thanks nila! I hope you get a raise.
