SUPER MAD I PLACE AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY AFTER HOUR AND A HALF CALL TO CHECK WHY HAVEN'T ARRIVED THE ORDER THE GIRL ON PHONE WITH VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND ANGRY SAID THAT THEY HAD A MISTAKE IN THE SYSTEM AND DID NOT MADE MY ORDER SO THEY WILL DO BUT ANOTHER 40 MINUTES I SAID I NO LONGER NEED THE ORDER SHE JUST HUNG ON ME WITHOUT A WORD I CALLED BACK AND I SAID HOW SHE CAN BE HAVING THAT ATTITUD TO A EVERY WEEK CUSTOMER , I HAVE BEEN ORDERED FROM COCHIAROS CENTRAL LOCATION FOR THE PAST. 6 YEARS AND I GET THIS SO DISSAPOINTED NEVER WILL BUY AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION.

I ordered for pick up using a coupon, for 45.95 pizza and wings and 2ltr my problem was total came to 53.66? When called to ask why so much, her response was that's the price in the system. So I called other location on fullerton placed exact order to compare total was only 50.33. This location on central overcharges 3.00. When I went to pick up the original order on Central, the girl slammed my wings on the pizza box, very rude!!!!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!

Just an incredible find! The prices are amazing, as in old school Chicago prices, the food is legit Vienna beef (you know what I mean in terms of hotdogs, beefs etc) and the workers are friendly and take their jobs seriously the way service was before Covid. 10 stars.

I was visiting the neighborhood and decided to purchase food here for the first time. To my surprise the manager was very rude to a black customer who came in very politely. The manager was treating the customer like he was homeless based on appearance and I was very shaken up after the exchange because it seemed very racially charged. I will not recommend this place. This is a very hostile place. The food is not even that great. It’s sad.

So husband I'm hospital wanted to order pizza for my kids as well trouble with no reception so called in and ASKED if I can same deal @ 55 bucks pizza wings soda vs 57.99... a 3 dollar difference. Nila said no she can get into trouble over a 3 dollar difference beings I was in hospital w/ my husband and had no reception. I said that's unfortunate that your willing to lose a cust. For 3 dollars...Thanks nila! I hope you get a raise.

The pizza is good and the staff friendly but they have the most ridiculous out of date rules like I can’t pay for pick up over the phone but for delivery is ok, I can’t show them a coupon in my phone even though they leave 30 coupons a week in my door knob they literally hand those coupons like crazy and then they act like it’s a privilege to have a coupon, the owners need to get with times and start modernizing a little bit with their old ways
Pizza is good there. I like it a lot, but they overcharge you and they never give you a proper receipt. Especially when you order the deals with coupons. Like, if you get a Pizza that costs $19.99, and then when you get there to pick it up, you're paying like $27 that I don't understand ? Why so much in taxes?

So I had the pizza from here at another event, thought it was really good and the crust was great! And I figured I would order for myself... Well I know that they place i ordered from was this location as I confirmed it. It was soooo bland. The sauce had no pop or zing to it. I was highly disappointed and wondered if the cook had decided to water (literally) the sauce to save $$. The crust was great and very cheesy... but definitely a disappointment from my first encounter. I have my go to pizza places and decided to step out of my comfort zone.Hoping this was an off day for them. But I will not be trying it again.
