All restaurants that I went were closed early in the morning. This was the only one open. It was my first time eating there the food was delicious. I had a torta with steak. The steak was good and well cooked and the bread nice and crispy. Music was good Juan Gabriel, Vicente Fernandez, Paquita la del barrio. The servers very nice and polite.

Nice grocery store with restaurant next door
Small place, Food was not that good and in the middle of my lunch they started cooking what it seem to be all kind of hot peppers on the grill and the strong smell went into my nose and throat and I started coughing real badly that I had to leave
Friendly warm server.Great food,good prices.
Generous portions for a decent price. Cecina quesadilla is really good.
La Estrella is part restaurant 😋, part grocery store I've one ordered from the restaurant a hand full of times and I haven't been disappointed. I go primarily for additional items for the fridge if I have no time to get to a larger supermarket like Jewel Osco.
I've noticed that I find myself rushing to the store to introduce friends an family to the delicious barbacoa that they sell by the pound on Saturday & Sunday's. It's been a favorite of mine for a few months now.
