T he server was too busy training a ew staff person . We had to ask for stuff multiple times. Even though I go to the restaurant at least once a month we were placed next the kitchen and server area ,very noisy. If the food was not so go I would not return. A quiet date night was a disaster

Once again - an amazing experience! Great specials: had the cold pea soup, mozzarella for appetizers, penne arrabiata and the shrimp risotto followed by the chocolate cake and affogato. Everything was delicious and flavorful. Our sever was awesome! Can't wait to come back. One of the best Italian places in Chicago!

The group of 14 business associates reported back to me that the food was excellent and they appreciated the close proximity to their hotel. I did not get to go. Only get to plan these things for everyone else. I'm sure it was wonderful, but the worker bees never get the honey.

Coco Pazzo is a wonderful restaurant - the food is top notch with service to match. Best of all, the room is perhaps the best in Chicago. There are rooms with better views but nothing matches the ambiance of Coco Pazzo. The mood is refined but not stuffy. Best of all you can hear the conversation at your table with the intrusion of other conversations. In other words, it's quiet. A standout experience.

Open kitchen and a generous bricked wall dining hall, dedicated staff and friendly management are the perfect complement to a delicious authentic Italian menu. We've come on dozens of occasions in recent years, and just yesterday. Every item is always perfect no matter how you construct your meal among the appetizers, soups and salads, pizzas, pastas and entrees. Interesting cocktails and a precious and long list of Italian and other wines, including an amazing collection of Brunellos, and great grappas with the fantastic desserts or cheese plate. Coco is always perfect, no matter the occasion, whether an intimate dinner as a couple or a large round table with friends and family, please don't change a thing.

Usually love Coco Pazzo - had a large group of 10. Only one server for 3 large tables of 8-10. Service was slow, had to wait and/or look for him to get drinks refilled. Food was good, but the service tarnished the experience

Fegatini di pollo 5/5, delicious, melted in your mouth - scrumptious contrast with the crunch bread (reminded me of pane carasau) Crudo di tonno 5/5, tuna flavor brought out (not overwhelmed) by the capers and red pepper, well balanced Polpo arrosto 5/5, perfectly cooked octopus, just slightly crunchy, not chewy. Margherita Pizza 5/5, perfect dough, melted in your mouth. Mozzarella was actual mozzarella, not rubbery, easy to digest Highly recommend the limoncello mezcal margarita, 5/5

A couple of weeks ago, my sister and I dined at Coco Pazzo, and had an exceptional dining and customer service experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is very comfortable, yet classy, and each course was outstanding. From the complimentary amuse bouche, to the piping hot and flavorful soup, to the scrumptious vegetable salad, to the main course, we were so happy with our meal. Our fish was expertly deboned table-side by our waitress Jennifer who tended to our every need. I highly recommend Coco Pazzo for both special occasions and a memorable night out.
