Celebrated my wife’s birthday here with three other families, as we were in Chicago between baseball tournaments. AMAZING! Like every white cis man, I came with three annoying requests in the middle of a Friday dinner rush, and they met all of them with smiles on their faces from the host stand to the table—and that was before any food or drinks! Everything was perfect and delicious. I would definitely recommend Coda di Volpe if you’re in the neighborhood. Ask for Maria!

Fantastic Italian restaurant in the heart of Wrigleyville. They have stone oven pizzas that are fantastic and the homemade pastas are even better. They have a nice variety of drinks with a few local brews on tap.
We went for a birthday celebration and the staff customized the menu to add a “happy birthday” top left. They even brought out a dessert with a sparkler so we could all sing happy birthday.
Highly recommended!
