Cold Stone Creamery on Ohio St. is a great spot to satisfy your sweet cravings! The ice cream is rich, creamy, and customizable with tons of fun mix-ins. The staff was friendly and worked quickly even though it was busy. The store can get a bit crowded, especially on weekends, but the quality makes it worth the wait. Prices are a little high, but the portions are generous. Overall, a delicious treat and a nice experience.

They used to give a few scoops for the “Love It” size and now it doesn’t even reach to top of the cup. What a complete rip off. It was initially the attitude that made me stop coming here a while back, and now it’s the portion sizes. It’s already overpriced and you definitely don’t get what you pay for anymore. My husband and I both got the Love it size and his was exactly like this too - he even mentioned they are getting really stingy/greedy and it’s not worth coming back anymore. The sad thing is we are near this location too. Do better, ColdStone.

Our kids are dairy free, and this location had just run out of almond milk and almond milk ice cream. It was a big disappointment, but the manager was very kind to us and give us a couple of free waters.

Had a scoop of the Caramel Apple which was pretty good. The texture of the ice cream is kind of elastic so it’s a bit of a unique experience having it. Staff are friendly.

I ordered the ‘Chocolate Devotion’ ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious – rich, creamy, and full of flavor.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t match up to the quality of the ice cream. The staff preparing my order seemed annoyed, and their expressions made me feel as though my choice was a bother. It was uncomfortable, and it really detracted from the experience.
Additionally, their size names are confusing, and not all of them are explained on the menu in-store. For example, I wanted a larger portion to take home, but only discovered afterward that they offer a size called ‘Everyone’s’ (take-home) that wasn’t clearly listed. It’s frustrating because the ice cream itself is so good! I hope they can improve both their service and menu clarity to make the experience as enjoyable as their ice cream.
