I ordered the ‘Chocolate Devotion’ ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious – rich, creamy, and full of flavor.
Unfortunately, the service didn’t match up to the quality of the ice cream. The staff preparing my order seemed annoyed, and their expressions made me feel as though my choice was a bother. It was uncomfortable, and it really detracted from the experience.
Additionally, their size names are confusing, and not all of them are explained on the menu in-store. For example, I wanted a larger portion to take home, but only discovered afterward that they offer a size called ‘Everyone’s’ (take-home) that wasn’t clearly listed. It’s frustrating because the ice cream itself is so good! I hope they can improve both their service and menu clarity to make the experience as enjoyable as their ice cream.

Never had a bad experience here. Love the Birthday Cake Remix and options to customize shakes and ice creams. The only drawback is that it's similar to a drive-thru no seating to enjoy yummy ice cream.

Leaving a 1 star review for the service. Came in tonight around 10:30 PM and had a younger female help us. She was rude and never smiled one time, she legit looked like she hated her job so much, I left wondering why she was even working there. They were out of the ice cream I wanted and she was rude about it, and didn't even apologize, just a "we don't have that." Same thing happened when they were out of a topping I wanted. She then tried to charge me for an additional mix in because she said I asked for extra of something when I didn't, which she did remove when I mentioned it to her. Coldstone should consider hiring people who actually want to be there and enjoy interacting with others. Won't go back to this location because of the staff.

Very nice place, quick service, and, what is most important, very tasty ice creams. They mix them with extras of your choice, or have premade compositions. And very reasonable price, for medium/large portions. Only drawback is lack of place to sit and enjoy your meal.

Ok I get it. You go to cold stone to get treats and not care about sugar intake. Well I need to and I ordered some no sugar added vanilla. It was so freezer burned I went from check out to garbage can. If you can handle all the sugar that's awesome, it's probably a good place for you, but if you need to watch your sugar intake don't go here because you probably end up with goopy glopy freezer burned trash.

The smoothie is made with milk! While the very principle of a smoothie is without, it is a milkshake with milk! In addition I found it very sweet, and therefore expensive for what it is, it doesn't make for good quality.The service could also have been better

Early today. I was looking for an ice cream cake near my place and found a blog in which cold stone is top-notch. So was thinking to drop by this branch since it is the closes area for me. It didn't disappoint me, aside from that the person who took my order is so accommodating.
