Coffee is great! Need to add hooks in bathroom. I can’t leave my stuff at a table when I’m alone so I had to put it on the floor in the bathroom….gross. WiFi is probably the worst I have experienced at any Chicago cafe.

Incredible service every single time I visit (don't think I've ever waited more than 5 minutes for my order). Some really kind people behind that counter. Shoutout to Trey for running the ship!

Nice place. All the hard surfaces make it noisy when busy, but it's still a good location and setup.

Food and service are great, they might just need to work on the customer service a bit. The manager (it appears) in particular is quite rude.

The staff always have an attitude

Finally made it to this new location, which is conveniently located on Lawrence near the Ravenswood Metra stop. I was lured in by the sign advertising a free latte if you download the app, but I never did get a free latte. In any case, the space is large and inviting, with lots of people working from the shop. There are lots of fun different drink flavors, and snacks to eat. I like how they have sparkling water on tap as well.

Each time I’ve visited the staff has been a delightful and friendly bunch. I love the kale and sausage soup that has yummy bread with it, coffee’s fresh too!

I've been coming to this cafe since the day they opened. The coffee is good it just all highly depends what you get. I mainly get their brewed coffee and it's standard like all the other coffee places.

What makes this place shine is that they have 2 floors. So, if you are looking for a place to sit and work this is a good spot. They also have outdoor seating so you can bring your pets out with you.

Overall, this is a good place to get some coffee with or without company.

Great addition to the neighborhood. The breakfast sandwiches win over the pastries.

Need more employees and capacity to handle the walk-in and mobile orders during morning rush.

It took 30 minutes for a red eye coffee

I recently discovered Colectivo Ravenswood, and I couldn’t be happier that they’ve opened a branch so close to my home. From the moment I stepped inside, I was thoroughly impressed. The shop boasts two floors with plenty of cozy seating areas, spotless restrooms, and an inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The staff delivers excellent service, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I’ve already visited twice, and each time the place has been buzzing with customers—a testament to its popularity. The coffee is exceptional, and the overall experience makes me thrilled to have this gem in my neighborhood. Thank you for bringing such a wonderful coffee shop to our community!

Ordered Pumpkin Cranberry muffin and British brunch tea. Im happy with the quality and the taste. You can bring your laptop and work on the second floor. Cute paper cups. I’ll come back again.

The more Colectivo expands, the worse their quality seems to get.

Food was straight up bad. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich was nearly inedible. The croissant was burnt and stale tasting. Seasonal oatmeal was flavorless and dry.

Staff were rushed and rude/aloof.

Nice buildout for this location though. It’s really nice inside and the atmosphere is bright and pleasant. Good place to work.

Tons of space to work, decent coffee and pastries. The quality of the food or service is not going to even remotely leave an impression on you, but its a good place overall and I would definitely recommend to others.
