They take way too long to make coffee. This ain't Starbucks
The food is tasty and the coffee is just right. I love the breakfast croissant. A little pricey to be honest, but since the atmosphere is nice and that croissant was so tasty, i would come back and pay for it again. They have a pretty altar where customers can put they family members photos.

So happy to have this coffee shop open in the neighborhood! The staff was wonderful and the coffee is delicious. The shop offers plenty of seating and tables so you can hang out while you eat and sip on your coffee. My mom tried the Orange Matcha and loved it and I had a pumpkin latte (10/10)

Best coffee around and the pizza sub is amazingly delicious I just wish they had a XL size cup because the Large is not big enough for the delicious coffee
What a delightful cafe with amazing coffee and must try coffee menu. We dropped by for an afternoon espresso and a sweet treat. The staff was friendly and they have enough tables so you can relax and enjoy a lunch or latte or both!

I've tried this spot 4 times and wanted to love it but their customer service is horrible. The drinks lack quality and the food has potential but honestly the lack of attention and the attitude they give makes this a horrible place.

We ordered food and drinks to go, everything was so good and fresh. I like that the drinks are not sweet you can taste everything perfectly. Wait time was not long either! Great music and atmosphere !!

Cons: $7.50 for a small dirty chai with oat milk, including a 75 cent upcharge for oat milk.
Pros: The drink was flavorful, well made according to my request. The expresso shot had a good kick to it. It's nice to have a local coffee house.

It’s awesome to finally have a cafe in the east side but unfortunately the quality of the food/drinks and the service are pretty inconsistent. The first time I went I had an incredibly delicious mango latte, after that my experiences with the food and drinks ranged mainly from okay to sometimes disappointing (specifically the cosmo wanda & the duvalin latte). My most recent visit especially was a bummer. The staff, although sweet, got my name completely wrong and forgot to make my wrap. My cajeta latte tasted like mocha and nothing like cajeta. The matcha, which in the past had been meh, was pretty awful. Despite that I think what Colibri is doing is really cool, I especially appreciate all the community events they have been hosting and how low cost everything is but considering how much of a toss up the quality is I can’t really see myself going here often. I’d really only go if I have no other option. There’s so much potential here and I really hope they’re able to improve with better quality control and maybe more staff training!
