Went to celebrate family member birthday and experience was a little disappointing. Food and atmosphere were good the waitress on the other hand looked and made it feel like she didn't want to be there. Missing a place setting & blamed it on the hostess. Not a happy bday or candle in ice cream. Ask for desert menu and made you feel like you were being rushed. The waitress dropped the ball and we won't be coming back. Had previous bdays there with far superior service.

Went in a little after 9pm like 9:05. Sat at the Bar was told the Kitchen was closed at 9pm. Yet the hours stated were 10pm was close. Now the Bartender went to check to see if they would cook. Bartender came back with a "sorry they're closed". Fact is if the hours are 10pm then you're open til 10pm. Now I went to another restaurant Gale Street Inn and they're kitchen was opened. They also close at 10pm.

Um, yeah. This place has really gone downhill over the years. Went Christmas Eve and some of us wanted pizza. Nope, they couldn't make pizza. So they ordered entrees. No salads were ever brought out for them. Ribs were cold. European waiter was pathetically ingratiating himself for a big tip. Even kissing hands. We've been going there for years. I don't think we'll ever be back.

The place is nice with tasteful decoration. I ordered some veg gnocchi with broth. Unfortunately, it was very salty and I asked them to dilute the salt (instead of reordering another item), but the item was still salty. I had to ask for different item (pasta with vodka sauce) which was brought on time. The second item was fine. Others in my party seemed to enjoy their food. Just be mindful of this item.

Has to be the worst service, waited TWO hours for them to bring out the salad and soup and then say “food will be out in another twenty”, I missed my flight to ohare cause of this place and their garbage servers. And after all that wait? Look at this tiny “steak sandwich”, this looks like dog food and tasted even worse.
Our christmas party reservation was confirmed with the restaurant staff ,2 weeks before the event ,but when we arrived , there was not a table ready for our group of 6 .When i complained ,table was prepared ,but in the darkest corner of the room ,close to the EXIT door . So "Thank you "for almost 20 years of service .

If you don't drink alcohol your server takes your order, when your food is ready drops off your food and you don't see them until you flag down another employee to get your check, no refilling your water, no checking back on how your food is, I would say it was a one time thing but we were back and exactly the same experience, we got the message. You don't drink don't come in

The takeout window is in the back and they seem to really not care for their takeout customers. It feels like they want to make everyone eating in feel fancy while making you walk around their back parking lot trying to find the takeout weirdly cramped hallway that connects to the back of the kitchen.
I got the chicken. It was alright as far as chicken goes but nothing to write home about. The sides were eh. I might go back again but that's because it's convenient to get to.
