“Celebramos con mi esposa nuestro 20 aniversario y escogimos este pequeño pero hermoso restaurante donde nos atendio Ligia, nos atendio como reyes ! el servicio fue 5 estrellas, la comida otras 5 estrellas, el ambiente otras 5 estrellas mas ! De verdad wue salimos encantados de este lugar !!!! Lo recomendamos en un 500% !!! Todo estubo exelente !!!“

“I would eat more but stomach has a limit. I have been visiting this place for years and I have tried everyone the menu. Never disappointed. I always go for the churrasco and the carne asada. I recommend highly the chimichurri with extra lime. You'll be in heaven after that.“

“We were looking for a new experience and Sabor A Cafe Chicago looked interesting. Columbian food and a Spanish band for entertainment. Very glad we went here. The food was very good, we all liked our choices and we all had different items.
I couldn't decide so I ordered the Parrilada: a combo platter with steak, chicken, chorizo and grilled shrimp so I could sample a little of everything. Very glad I did. The chorizo was different from what I expected and perhaps a bit over done so I would ask for it to cooked less. Everything else was cooked perfectly, moist and tasty. Not a big fan of green plantains, would probably ask for more potatoes instead.
The others in our party had the ceviche mixto, mojarra Frita (fried whole tilapia), and the pechuga al carbon (chicken breast). They were all very delicious!
We also had the empanadas for an appetizer, and again we each had a different one which we also enjoyed along with the green flavorful sauce they came with. I used the sauce on almost everything, very tasty!
The band came in just as we finished dinner and they were very good! I wish I understood Spanish but they played well and the crowd was singing along. Really enjoyed ourselves and we all said we would definitely go back again, maybe try the Niles location too, which is much closer for us. Definitely recommend it!“
“We were here a couple of years ago and planning on going hopefully this weekend (I'm from Chicago but live overseas for work). The food was amazing and the atmosphere, music, dancing was a lot of fun and not where you felt you were being picked up or come on to all the time...it was a nice place. Can't wait to go again.“

“The food is great! This is my husband's and my favorite place to eat at anytime of the day. We love it. The service is also very good. The Chef/Owner comes out to greet and make sure everyone is content. Highly recommend it!“

“New favorite spot in the city for Colombian chicken. Ive been going to LA Brasa roja for over a decade but over last few years it hasn't been the same. The quality and prep of the chicken is just not there anymore. This place just brings me back as to why I started loving Colombian chicken on the first place. Great chicken freshnes, seasoning and marinade and the option of rice and beans(simple and fresh) must try. Highly recommend!“

“The prices are affordable. The DJ plays music for all tastes. The waiters are very attentive but the air conditioning does not work. And it is something very little in this time with so much heat, people dancing and it looks like a sauna. It seems that they turn it on and off at times. ??it's the only thing I don't like“
