Calm environment with professional staff, good foods but not the best. Overall a good place to eat and spend time.

VERY BAD PLACE AND ATTENTION!!They treated us with contempt for only ordering a cappuccino. The brunette girl with afro hair who serves inside is TERRIBLE! Answering us and giving us dirty looks because we didn't want to eat for breakfast.SORRY IF IN MY CULTURE I DO NOT EAT A PIG WITH EGGS FOR BREAKFAST.AWFUL !!!!!!'

Service was great. Food was good. There were 4 of us. One had the prime rib sandwich and liked it very much. One had the short rib sandwich and liked it. Another had the burger and really liked the sauce. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was as just okay. I like spice and it was too spicy for me and I mistakenly thought it would be grilled vs fried and it was overcooked so quite dry. I liked the feta and apples though for a nice change with buffalo chicken. Had the chocolate cake for dessert, which was tasty but dry.

Had dinner here on Christmas Day. Food was lovely and Danny looked after us very well. Much appreciated.

Amazing food, Salmon Platter, yum. Best pancakes ever too. Moe one of the most interesting waiters I've ever met. Super conversation. Highly recommend restaurant. ?

Moe was our server and he was amazing. Gave great recommendations for food and activities for us to do that day.

We decided to stop in for a quick early weekday lunch today. It wasnt too busy allowing the servers to build rapport with us. Moe is an absolute gem, a proud Chicago native, who is happy to share tips and facts about his city. The fries that came with the turkey club were incredible, so hot and fresh. The recommended salmon salad was also very good. Overall we had a great experience.

It was Christmas but our food was cold, my burger was undercooked, the bill wasn't correct, and while it's wasn't busy at all, the service was slow. With that said, food and drinks were decent. Overall it was ok. Probably wouldn't go back.

The food was decent, and as expected for the location. Was nothing special like a fine dining place but good. We were lucky that the place was open on thanksgiving when we traveled since almost everything in town in Chicago was closed. The service was great and quick. Staff were attentive and kind. The ambiance was pretty nice. It was like a normal American restaurant, and not too busy.

Not impressed at all! Overpriced and less than mediocre food. Wasn't expecting much but this was not worth the effort. The service is less than stellar and almost non existent. Server takes your order and then food is brought out by runners and that it's. I had to ask for silverware and settings. The calamari was so salty even when dipped in the sauces. The pomodoro was bland and I wasn't even given a choice of pasta. This is the typical restaurant food that's attached to the hotel, in this case being the Fairmont. Go here if you're too tired to go elsewhere.

Fries were cold. Fish and chips not good. Server at bar not friendly. Too many good places to eat in Chicago to go here.
