Well, it was okay to dance. But the owner of the place stole from the customers in the invoices. They altered the price. They also sold drugs and consumed them in the bathrooms, according to the fact that it was a family place because there were children around it. It was magnificent and the city closed them. their changarro and so they don't abuse the custumers?
We were here a couple of years ago and planning on going hopefully this weekend (I'm from Chicago but live overseas for work). The food was amazing and the atmosphere, music, dancing was a lot of fun and not where you felt you were being picked up or come on to all the time...it was a nice place. Can't wait to go again.
Congas is a very lively place, if you like salsa, merengue and cumbia, this is the right place for you, our server was Marco; very attentive and knowledgeable young man, I rate it 4 stars because although our waiter, the music and the food was great, it took quite a long time for us to get our drinks and food served, my steak was overcooked but the chef made it right for me, I highly recommend this place.
