In from out of state and a local recommended Connie's for authentic deep dish pizza. Parking lot available on stop which was spectacular versus searching for street parking. Restaurant has both inside and outside seating and can accommodate small to large group parities. Atmosphere is cute and welcoming. Service was gracious and we never felt rushed. We tried the Caesar salad and wings to start ~ both were delicious and would highly recommend. We asked for ours to be well done and they came out perfectly crispy and we were able to split the larger order into buffalo and BBQ. We enjoyed a pepperoni deep dish and a sausage and pepper pan pizza. Crust was crispy and toppings were cooked to perfection. Overall great place and we'll definitely be back.
Pizza is amazing. Service was awful. Waiter never checked on us. We had to call him multiple times. He never informed us why pizza was taking so long. Overall place and pizza is good. Service definitely needs to improve.
Nice ambience, the server was attentive. They got our orders correct and the food was pretty good. It's a lively place.
Connie's pizza is fabulous! The pizza has a selection of four pizza crusts. We had the tavern style this time. We had reservations for a concert and didn't want to wait for our usual which is the original. Tavern style is a 15 minute wait. We liked it a lot. Connie's has lots of room and it never fails to please.
Unfortunately, Connie's has gone downhill. I ordered the chopped salad which was a pretty pricey salad for approximately $30. It was not worth it at all for that price. It was very sparse, with very little chicken, bacon, cheese and very little dressing. When I asked for extra dressing they charged an additional $3. They definitely will not see me again!
Connie's Pizza never disappoints. Great food and even though the place was busy on Father's Day, the food did not take too long to come out. Sat on patio on nice day. Only noise comes from the nearby trains, but not too much of an issue. Overall great time.
I just love this place! Been going for over 50 years & it's always such a treat! They never disappoint! Always brings back so many happy memories...We always have excellent & attentive service! I love the latest renovations, too. Thoroughly enjoyed our family size house salad. Devoured very quickly by our table of 4. Came with super hot & soft baked bread. It was so delicious! The Parmesan cheese on the tabletop seemed to be freshly grated; not the Kraftlike Parmesan that other “Italian” restaurants try to give you! lol! 😂 I'm a Parmesan cheese snob. Our pizza was delicious, as always! We ordered the regular thin, but they offer several different options. You have to go here. You will not be disappointed! It is a Chicago tradition.
I always enjoy Connie's in Bridgeport. Our server was pleasant and attentive and, as usual, the food was excellent.
Great pizza as always. We had the Sicilian pan tonight with sausage mushroom. Service had a couple hiccups but overall great as always.
I missed this place. Been a while since I've been. Enjoyed it. Ambiance was great. Service lagged. There were a lot of larger groups where I was seated so I found myself catching a server for service. The drink tasted water down but that could have been the wait time after ordering it. Wouldn't make the drive to get here again.

Been goin to connies for 25 yrs.... Love the place worth the ride and time. Excellent food and outstanding service
We were excited about Easter brunch because Connie's does such a good job the rest of the year. We arrived and the brunch was all you could eat and there were many stations to go to. Our disappointment was with the food itself it wasn't the high standards we were used to. The food was sub quality not healthy at all. It kind of put a damper on the Easter celebration. The service was great however.
Connie's is a staple on Archer ave on the South Side. I am part of group that has Connie's on a monthly restaurant rotation and we have been eating there for a long time. it is a comfortable place with a large menu but we come for the pizza. Our small group of six all ordered small one person pizzas with various toppings. We also had the large house salad. I think everyone enjoyed their food and we will return when Connie's comes back in our monthly restaurant rotation Service is always pretty good, but sometimes it can be a bit slow. You can always hear your party speak and that is a plus.
The pizza at Connie's was excellent. But I mentioned on my reservation that it was a birthday celebration. Waitress was lost for at least 15 minutes after finishing our dinner. Then she came with the check. She did not ask about dessert at all. My grandchildren were looking for ice cream and wanted to sing Happy Birthday. So we ended up leaving and getting ice cream at Andes
was the same server we had before named stephanie and she was rude the first time around and this time she would completely walk by and not come ask us for our order or anything didnt even get any waters to start off the night nothing. always had an attitude or face when she came by.
