I placed an order via DoorDash. Five minutes after placing the order, I received an email that the restaurant hadn't accepted the order. It was a Monday, which meant that they were not open (but nobody told DoorDash).I obviously didn't get my food; however, I was still charged for the order. I called and spoke with a gentleman who took my information and said the money would be credited back to my Amex. It never was.Since then, I've called, emailed and called again. Ive been hung up on twice.I guess I'll have to go through my credit card company to get the money back for services that I did not receive.Buyer beware!

Some of the best waffle fries I've had! Like even better Arby's curly fries. I got the Dweeb wrap and it was just super tasty comfort food. I had an issue with delivery but the staff at Conrad's was amazing in handling it and getting me my order as soon as they heard something had gone awry. It's not every day that a place will go the extra mile to make something right, and these guys did. I will absolutely be coming back again due to the quality of food and service.

Conrad's is by far one of the best food joints in all of Chicago. I write a good amount of food reviews, but my goodness was I blown away by not only the plethora of choices on the menu, but the incredibly delicious food. Highly recommend trying this place out any time of the day or night!

Don't expect a healthy meal, but expect one that tastes great. The tots are deep fried, giving them an excellent crunch. Sweet little place, got friendly people, got good music, and have a bathroom, which is always a plus.

Ordered the dweeb and it was great. The quality of the food was awesome and the guys were really friendly. Walked home after my order and it was still hot! Definitely a must try.
