I was really excited to try this restaurant and the food taste exceeded my expectations. However, I would likely refrain from ordering this place for lunch again due to the long wait time. I placed an order for pickup and it wasn’t ready until 40 minutes after the pick up time. I also felt the customer service was mediocre for the amount the food costs and how long the wait is. I ordered the Birria tacos with a side salad but it was mainly the salad with the tacos on the side.
An elite level food experience every time I go.
The food has the standard of a farmer from an ingredient standpoint and the culinary quality of top flight chefs.
Birria Tacos, Fajita Tacos with mushrooms are the best. Oyster Mushroom bites are delicious. The hot sauce makes it even better.
The onion rings side are are natural healthy version of the food made me actually like onion rings now.

I had their sweet fire tacos at the X Market location yesterday. Halfway into one taco, I'm already thinking about the next one! The tortillas were the perfect texture, the sauce had just the right balance of heat and sweet, quinoa was fluffy and flavorful. Eat here not because they're vegan, but because they're GOOD!
