Confusing lines. They're rude. Walked right out and went to the BBQ joint down the road.

I didn't love our experience here. The sandwich I got was underwhelming- light on meat and no condiments. They had no non-dairy milk for coffee and no cold coffee. The staff was kind of standoffish, didn't offer any options. I've been to way better delis than this, I was disappointed
The food is delicious.
The lady paying the bill is unfriendly.

First, I'm in love with the soups ! Well, since I'm always particular about where I eat, customer service, and energy in a place, I will give this place 4 stars and not 5 because of the shallow energy ( young lady at the register shows great customer service and remembering the frequent customer is a plus for me. Indeed, my Turkey panni (warm) always ? hit the spot!

They produce some of the best sandwhiches in the city and at an honest price. The grocery is expensive, but come for the sandwhiches.

Visiting from Milwaukee and i stumbled upon this little place. I was craving a prosciutto sandwich and with it being a Sunday not many Italian deli’s were open. I trekked through the pouring rain for this place. Ordered The Contessa and it exceeded all expectations. I would drive 2 hours from Milwaukee simply just for this sandwich.

I see a lot of people commenting on The Frank, and for good reason. It’s the first ‘specialty’ sandwich I had here and is amazing.
If you’re looking for something more simple, The Contessa is absolutely fantastic. Fresh Mozzarella cheese and Prosciutto Di Parma, with a little lettuce. Adding roasted red peppers is something I like. Photos will never do this sandwich justice! (photo also has extra meat).
So far I haven’t had a sandwich here I didn’t thoroughly enjoy
Easy 5/5
