Does not have a welcoming environment to people of color. This is my 2nd visit. I felt this way on my first visit, but wanted to make sure it wasn't an implied basis. The workers did not seem worm or welcoming to non italalian looking customers and ignored me while I was in line proceeding to the custumer behind me as if I was not there in line. I will not be returning even though the sandwiches are good. I won’t spend my money in an environment in which I didn't feel welcomed.

Amazing old school Italian deli. Their sandwiches are incredible, but their frozen pastas and sauces are very underrated. This is a great local spot that is very hard to find nowadays. You feel like you're walking into a different era when you come through here. One of the best local spots that Chicago has to offer.

I've been eating at this restaurant for years. Hands down, they have the best subs in Chicago. The bread is always fresh as well as the meat and all the ingredients. They get you in and out in a timely fashion. Also, very reasonably priced when compared to other sub shops. Would highly recommend.

On 30 Rock, the teamsters would show up with mystery subs coveted by the whole office. I’m convinced this is the place! Lively deli filled with a mix of med district, students, and union. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a Frank!

Outstanding tasting Italian sub neatly stacked and wrapped. Outstanding atmosphere especially with the cleanliness from those making the sandwiches changing gloves with EVERY transaction and a guy mopping the floors periodically, Outstanding customer service, personalized and swift. This was my first time there, I'll definitely be back and will use them for catering.
