This place is a gem!! I first found out about Cookie Spin at an event where they catered dessert. It was a huge hit with all the kids at the party, and adults, too!
I didn't realize my friend lived right near the retail location so we stopped by the other night and I'm glad we did because it was YUM and there were so many things on the menu that I hadn't seen before at any dessert place. The space is very inviting, the flavors are creative and the staff was great. Max, a high school student, served us and was so patient and professional - we were impressed a young guy was able to take care of all the customers in the store and was gracious to everyone. We will definitely come back again soon!

We ordered a sunday ,warmed thick cookie( thick like a brownie)with a small scoop of ice cream on top, some syrups, was very good. Lots of cookie flavors .They have non dairy ice cream !!!! not just sorbet but oatmilk and almond milk ice cream, that was is a great option for lactose intolerance. Also lots of milkshakes, they close late and the young ladies that were there were very very nice!

Most of the cookies ordered were clearly the same base whiched lacked flavor. The salted caramel brownie was so dry we couldn't finish past a bite each. They were fine but nothing special which was disappointing since I was craving delicious cookies.

My favorite dessert shop!!! I went last year and can’t stop coming. The employees are great and so is the food. Some of my favorites are the Ultimate Oreo ice cream, the triple Inception shake, and the omg oreo cookie.

Ordered here a couple of times. I just tired the cookie sundae size small. Came with a mini cookie and a good size scoop of ice cream. The cosmic chocolate cookie and the munchie madness ice cream was a really good pairing. I added marshmallow sauce too and it was so good. Recommend trying this place out if youre in the mood for a sweet treat.

You can get very affordable ice cream on some select days.
They are SOFT! Deep dish SOFT cookies. Even next day, they are still soft cookies. I also love how they have a white chocolate cookie with out nuts in it. This is definitely a non chocolate lover friendly cookie place. The unbaked shake is a must try! The large took us two days to eat. A must try if you are in Chicago.
