Tried a few flavors of the small, deep cookies. Great flavor and service.

The cookies were just awful. The only one that was edible was the sugar cookie with sprinkles and icing. One of them was burnt and the other two were over-baked. The chocolate chip cookie was the most shocking disappointment-- completely awful, we literally spit it out.

I've been going to this place for 5 years. It serves delicious cookies, ice-cream, shakes, and sundaes. All of which are amazing quality, and get a lot of effort put into them when being made. Never tried something and didn't like it. The ice cream flavors are unique and some are entirely original. Cookie spin also offers delivery service, I've never seen that at another ice cream place before. The workers here are friendly, easy to communicate with, and fast at their job. I don't think there's a single bad thing I could say about cookie spin. I would highly recommend going here for a little treat.Vegetarian options: It's just ice cream and cookies, no meat.Kid-friendliness: Workers are very friendly towards children.

These are deep dish muffins not any damn cookies. Stop lying to people. Wasted my time and money on this. Never again

My friend and I stopped there for ice cream. The ice cream was fine enough, but we both didn’t understand why the lady who was serving us acted like we were inconveniencing her. She barely acknowledged us at the register and didn’t care to exchange a thank you. Perhaps since it was the end of the eve she was just tired, I don’t know… I understand service jobs aren’t great ( I worked one once), but being unfriendly and cold doesn’t help anyone enjoy the experience.

Deep dish cookie ice cream, need I say more? The shakes are insanely indulgent and should probably be shared. Good vibes even if they get slammed and the wait can get long. Looking forward to celebrating a report card or baseball game there soon!

Super solid "deep dish cookies" they're more on the muffin side but no complaints here

If you get a cookie from them, you’ll want it warmed up. The cookie dough & ice cream combo is my go to. They have some crazy milkshakes and they give you big straws.

Got 2 small deep dish cookies: the maple bacon and the seasonal pumpkin pie. Contrary to the lower star ratings, my cookie/muffin hybrids were very fresh, moist, and flavorful. Perfect 2-bite size portions if you want to try multiple flavors (and there is A LOT to choose from). I don't understand the low reviews from people complaining about how these are more like "muffins." The menu makes the thiccccccness of these cookies pretty clear. My BF got the Bake Shake and he loved it. I will definitely come back to try their other stuff!

It's kinda a cookie and kinda cake and kinda a brownie all in one. Ice cream is good and quite a large portion, recommend starting small

Found bugs in my shake. On top of receiving attitude. I guess they don't want customers after 8pm. Never again. F this place.

I thought this was just a bakery! I am so happy to find that this place also serves all kinds of ice cream too!!Cookie Spin is conveniently located in a great area of North Center at the southwest corner of Lincoln and Montrose, across from Welles Park. This is a great spot to take the kiddos for ice cream after activities in the park!I had some fudge/brownie based ice cream, the name is escaping me at the moment. It was creamy and delicious, I couldn't get enough of it. I'm also a sucker for waffle cones and they had those too!Service was fast and delivered with a smile. There is also outside seating so feel free to hang around and enjoy your tasty treat :)

In my opinion, Cookie Spin's cookies are meant to be paired with ice cream, so if you didn't enjoy them, give them another shot with a scoop!Okay, and now the real reason I wrote this review: to rave about Cookie Spin's peanut butter sauce! It's so good. I highly recommend their fluffernutter shake. If it came in a smaller size I would definitely get it all the time, it's so yummy.Alternatively, their warm cookie sundae is also delicious - here is mine, the ultimate peanut butter cookie with a scoop of chocolate peanut butter, marshmallow and peanut butter sauce, and whipped cream. For $7 bucks, I'd say that it's a great deal!!!I like the seating areas inside and outside, and the big menu pictures are great. They seem to keep it clean and the workers are also nice and patient!

We went to cookie spin for an evening dessert! It was yummy and the employees were nice. I found the menu a little overwhelming and the deep dish cookie sundae a bit overloaded. Otherwise this spot was decent!
