Wait staff stretched thin. Soup luke warm. Cocktails overpriced. 15-16 for a vodka tonic!?!? Food nothing overwhelmingly good, but adequate. Overall price for 2 was over 160–burger, soup, chopped salad, split dessert of ice cream scoop, 2 drinks each. Definitely will not be a repeat visitor.
Overall a good place to eat in the loop for lunch. We waited a bit to get table service but once our food came everything was excellent and it came very quickly.
We needed to find a spot for dinner before and the Copper Club was the right choice. Their Pre-Theater menu was just what we needed. It had a nice set of choices and the food came out very quickly. The cocktails were boozy and well balanced. We'd definitely come back.
Gray happy hour deals! Definitely can get noisy, the private room was great for a larger group!
The food was good. Thought portion was somewhat modest and on the expensive side. But tasty.
We ate at Copper Club for the first time. Overall, our impression was very positive. On the plus side, the meal was very well prepared and tasty. Portions were reasonable, which stood out in comparison to places where the portions are either meager or so plentiful you end up with leftovers. We observed that Copper Club gets it just right and allows a patron to enjoy a full meal without being overloaded. We also noted that while the menu has a range of options, from snacks to sandwiches to entrees. We had a tough choice, given the descriptions. Our dinners were very good. We had a seasonal soup ($5 for a decent sized cup), one entree and one heavy appetizer ($14-23), and a dessert ($12). Prices for the dishes was entirely reasonable for downtown restaurant at dinner. We felt one of the dishes was under-seasoned and had to ask for salt and pepper, which were not provided on the table. We think salt and pepper should be provided without needing to ask. We also found the service to be a bit slow, given the distance between the dining room and the kitchen. It is a large space, but we did not think service was poor by any stretch. For drinks, we had two standard cocktails that seemed a tad pricey ($18), but which was well prepared. On balance, the high cost stood out more than the quality. I quibble. Our total dinner cost for one appetizer, two meals, two cocktails, and a shared dessert was $107. I expected to pay more for dinner in downtown Chicago in the theater district. Overall, we enjoyed a well-prepared meal with very pleasant service in an atmosphere that was noisy at the onset, but which calmed down after happy hour had ended and the after-work cocktail crowd left. We would go back with no hesitation. We were glad to find Copper Club via Open Table and recommend it to others.
Great food, excellent service. Very nice decor. Lively atmosphere. In addition to standard menu they also offer a 2-, 3- or 4-course pre-theatre menu with good options at a reasonable price. First time visiting Copper Club but won't be the last.
My friend and I came by for quick bites and drinks and had a good time! The place has this elevated vibe and yet cozy. We tried the avocado toast and salmon toast. Both are great portion with bright citrus notes. I tried their gin-based cocktail, a break from work, which i thoroughly enjoyed the strong cucumber flavors coming through with in a large glass - much needed!

The food was so late to come out we almost missed our show. But management comped several items to make up for it. Everything was delicious. Will definitely give them another chance.

This place was meh. Food is just ok. Don’t expect anything great. Tomato soup tastes like blended up salsa. Nothing was horrible but it wasn’t a place you’d be excited to return. They are understaffed. Looked like two people working the bar and tables. They did a great job but were busy. I will just walk across the bridge next time and eat anywhere in River north.

Stopped by for a cocktail with friends. Great atmosphere with different seating options. A good spot to grab lunch or happy hour. The service was excellent and drinks were inventive and reasonably priced.

The best way to get here is by taking the blue line to Washington, exiting via Madison, and taking the revolving door upstairs. The escalator is currently out of service, and the elevator requires a key card. The food was delicious and filling. The onion rings were fried to perfection, crispy and slightly sweet. The bone marrow aioli was rich and savory. Also pairs well with the fries which are seasoned with a house blend. The chicken shawarma was packed full with meat, with refreshing crunchy vegetables. I also added the bourbon bacon onion jam. They have happy hour specials, a few drinks and chicken and burger slider options. Unfortunately, I did not get my server's name, but he was a tall, black gentleman and very courteous. I will definitely be returning.

Nice gem in the city with great food and good drinks. Few happy hour drink options but great deals regardless. I definitely will be going back again.

We took a new team member here for lunch. It was a wonderful experience for all. Everyone's lunch order was delicious, the service was prompt and somewhat entertaining. Definitely would recommend.
