I am a usual customer who visits at least 1 week. Twice this month I have been so disappointed with the two waitress who attended me. Margie and I can't think of the other one. They had me and my family waiting 45 minutes and attending to new customers coming in until I stood up and asked how much longer before I can get waited on? Margie replied, I thought you were just sitting there. Didn't think you wanted a menu. She didn't care to give me service as the other customers. This was my sisters 1st time and I told her I loved this. To top it off she gave me Bill's receipt. I told her he didn't tip her well and if I were treated different I usually tip nicer than he did. My usual person has been out because she has been sick. I hope they find people like her or I will find another place to go.

Atmosphere is great🥰 A quiet setting. Maggie was a great waitress she kept coming to our table making sure we needed anything 🥰 hats off to the chef!!!! food was great. I had the prime new yourk strip with garlic potatoes and vegetables wonderful. My man has the pan roasted salmon it was great 🥰🥰 will visit again

Here for work, I got some vouchers for this place and honestly fairly good food. No complaints got the buffalo chicken ceaser wrap and it was great. Also I have a bit of a sweet tooth and their chocolate brownies when warmed up are immaculate in my opinion lol. Also has a bar! Also the breakfast is pretty good here too. Give it a try.

I want to preface this by saying that before we came, we reviewed a menu we found online. Clearly when we arrived the menu was quite different and much smaller. I’m a vegetarian and my option was a very basic salad with bottled ranch dressing (they definitely don’t make it in-house). The hummus platter however came with quite a lot of pita so that did fill me up. My coworker ordered the nachos. It was literally chips + cheese sauce + jalapaneo. There was no shredded cheese and the sauced cheese was a unique flavor. Overall we were underwhelmed but the staff was very sweet.

I love the CopperFox restaurant. For people who are trying to count calories or want eat a healthy diet, they have a wonderful house salad that you can order with grilled salmon or chicken. Their raspberry vinegrette salad dressing goes very well with the salad ordered with salmon. You can order carry-out which is also convenient. The restaurant and bar are both modern clean and have a wonderful ambiance. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely dine there again. AAA+

After the fact she told me 10 minutes after exactly what I wanted was no longer available to order except me desert. Outrageous unprofessional and omg bad for business.
